"Because the last thing you want on a clear sunny day, is to die." You had me at that.
Haha that got me too. I was expecting: “to get sick” or something. That escalated quickly
Thank you so much for the step by step tutorial! It was great!
You are so welcome!
I have started resistance training as a means changing my body composition and discovered I was not eating enough protein. Eggs are just about the least expensive protein source out there, but I can not consume 8-10 cooked eggs a day. I tried that, it was not fun. The sneakiest way I have found is to put 6 raw eggs in a giant protein shake. Pasteurized eggs takes some of the risk away. I am also going to start making my own mayonnaise. Even the so called healthy options, like Kraft/Best Foods Olive Oil Mayonnaise, contain more soybean oil than the olive oil they are attempting convince the health conscious shoppers to buy. I am not will to shell out $10 on to good stuff, so, thank you for this helpful and funny video.
This is great for anyone doing Keto dozen eggs separate and save egg white yolks bags Use later for Mayo Hollandaise sauce or Cesar dressing Whites can be used for scrambled 👍🏼

I LOVE the commentary so much! Thank you!!
Glad you enjoy it!😊👍
I have a question, when you place the eggs in the container, was it cold eggs or room temperature eggs?
I can't imagine it would make a difference, considering it seemed like he put the eggs in the container during the pre-heating part.
Just curious, why wouldn't you put the eggs in first, and then add your water. Especially considering your trying to get a certain level of water. Once you place the eggs in, the water level is going to change, and you have to keep sticking your hand down into the water to avoid breaking the eggs. Just put the eggs in first, before adding the water.
good tip
@@StatUpBox FYI, I ended up pasteurizing 18 eggs yesterday and they turned out perfectly. Thanks for the vid.
Seventy-five minutes?? That's way longer than needed - 15 minutes at 140F will be just fine. Also, put the eggs on a trivet, or in a plastic bag that is clipped to the side of the pot. That's much simpler and safer than sticking one's hand into hot water while trying not to drop an egg. 😆
Video is 4:20 long. Smoke Weed Everyday. Mile HiGh city.
