good job bruh, the only thing you might run in to is your turbo and your exhaust manifold are going to get gloowing hot in a boat , im building a jet driven om606 superturbo for my 20 foot searay boat its almost done , just have to do some extra piping for my heat exchangers and connect controls.
@@busaron_garage many thanks for your response!! I never had the engine on a test bench so I don't know how much power it made. In the meantime the engine has another owner because I chose an Audi engine again.
Great build, doing m57 myself and was wondering do you use microswitches on the gear selectors mechanism to temporary kill the engine? Or do you find it works fine selecting gears at idle?
thanks for your response, I have never sailed with this engine. With the V6 TDI I could simply shift gears without any problems. this was with an omc heck drive. I now have a Bravo drive so this wouldn't cause any problems
Hoi Jeremy, vraagje ik zie dat je een OMC gebruikt in combinatie met dit blok, maar hoe doe je dat met schakelen van de cobra? Normaal zit er een ESA op die de ontsteking kort onderbreekt zodat hij makkelijk schakelt.

Hello I have found a solution for that after maaaaany hours. Mine is also the M51D25 engine and alpha one drive . You can contact me if you want.
Great job. I'm doing a similar build on a m51 but with a electronic controled fuelpump. One question, where did you get the mechanical fuelpump from?

The fuelpump is from a 324td M21 engine. Are you also put the engine in your'e boat?
