    Thank you . This is one of my main problems that is causing years of suffering and other things. My severe panic attack when driving was the start of it all. Avoidance behaviors turned my life upside down. Anyone that has this knows what I am talking about. Blessings all 🙏

    It helped. It helped with a shorter drive. With this video, I think I will expose myself to longer drives over time. 2 blocks now, 3 blocks in a week, 4 blocks in 2 weeks... Etc... I think for all anxious people working in increments is very important.

    So beautiful dear friend! I will never forget the time I had major panic attacks driving from North Carolina to New York. I had to keep getting off the highway and resting. I made it to my destination safely. I’m glad for your page! It is very helpful!🙏🙏🙏

    As I child I loved go karting and wished for the day to have my driving licence.
    I drove for 5 plus years before I had my first accident. I drove for 2 years after before I started getting panic attacks whilst on the car especially on motorways (had accident on).
    Been living with it for 5 years. Still fearful but still drive. I just want to enjoy it again.

    Thank you so much I had such severe anxiety a couple of years ago to the point I couldn't go outside and even being alone scared me. Everything scared me. I have come along way and things are just so much better except driving still gives me the worst anxiety and panic attacks. It all started when I was pregnant with my third son I kept getting really bad panic attacks while driving and ever since it's been that way. I actually used to drive any where any time and used to love it before the panic attacks set in. Now I'm lucky if I can even get in the car without having an anxiety attack

    Has anyone discovered why the anxiety comes out of nowhere?

    • @TheAnxietyGuy1
      @TheAnxietyGuy1  Рік тому +1

      Unconsciously recognizing threat in the present or future environment or situation. A warning signal through mind and body to stay within comfort zones. The way we’ve interpreted past experiences have led to this automatic belief system which now leads us into anxiety, but we can also provide safety to mind and body through awareness and intention.
