    This has been such anamazing tool that is helping me overcome mild agoraphobia I began to develop during the covid quarantine. I purchased the mp3 and listen to it daily. I'm wondering if you can make one to overcome the fear of trying new things? Thank you!

    Silly to think that someone saying you are calm, safe and relaxed is going to convince you that you are like that when outside! Even if this does somehow enter your subconscious, it is only experience that will rewire your brain not someone telling you.

    • @BossingThoughts
      @BossingThoughts  2 роки тому +1

      You are right about experience however if you hold on to those limiting beliefs then you'll never start to make the change.

    • @redflame2fire
      @redflame2fire 2 роки тому

      @@BossingThoughts The only way for the brain to learn those beliefs are limited and untrue is through experience though not a person saying that in the hope it will enter the subconscious. Such as exposure therapy and the brain learning that on the other side of panic is peace

    Your videos have literally brought me to a level of relaxation I never thought physically possible. I have severe anxiety and severe OCD. I have tried nearly every psychiatric medication there is. I have found one that makes my symptoms manageable but still wondered "Is this as good as it gets?" I have tried yoga, meditation, journaling, mantras, deep breathing, mindfullness, all the self-guided forms of therapy you can imagine. Then I found this UA-cam channel.
    The first few times I listened to a session I fell asleep as it was before bed. Listening during the day results in the same thing, but I awake upon the end of the video. Am I taking a nap? Am I in a hypnotic trance? I have no idea. I really don't even care. I've never been able to set aside purposeful time in my day before, dedicated to thinking and doing nothing, and well... Relax. In the intro portion of the video when you walk through how to relax, I don't believe I've ever truly felt that way due to anxiety. Able to remember there's nothing to think about or do, that the natural state of a human body is relaxed. I really didn't think I was capable of feeling that, ever. I like to remind myself of that feeling throughout the day, even if I can't achieve it fully on my own, I know it's possible for me.

    I will try this, because my anxiety is to much to handle sometimes when I'm outside around people.
    I been a bit sceptical to hypnosis because I don't know much about it. Mostly because I thought It could be a terrible position for someone who can sexually manipulate people.
    You gave me a positive and happy introduction to this. I like how chill and real you speak
