Meh.. I find pulling my hair back makes my face rounder. If you have enough hair, put it in a bun on top of your head and your face will look less circle more oval. ( i have a circle face and it works )
How to do the bun with medium hair: pull your hair on top of your head and act like you're doing a ponytail but pull it though only half way
How to do the bun with long hair: ballerina style but the one for medium might work.
How to do the bun with short hair: you simply don't
