The entrance structure of our build has evolved a few times throughout our build. After the price increases hit, we redesigned the entire entrance structure and decided to try to use as much recycled material as we could. This area of our house will house the main entrance, and the stairs connecting the 2nd and 3rd level of our self built shipping container house. It's been a JOURNEY to get to this point and we had to overcome so many challenges to get here, but I'm so proud of our progress and our personal growth along the way.

You've made the years fly by in an hour! I enjoy seeing how you both create your home while learning skills needed to take on difficult and complex tasks. I worry about you when I watch you do "sketchy" workarounds and don't always use your safety harnesses when working aloft but you are still both healthy and seem to be the better for the experiences. Keep these videos coming and I hope your audiences will continue to grow as you take on the next phases.

I’m impressed . This is one hell of a project . Geometry ,, if uve played pool ,billiards , snooker . Every shot is geometry. I started building welding layout etc at 10-11 yrs old at 12 years old built a 120 foot tall antenna for radio communications on a huge ranch with smaller stanches miles apart . 1961 . U 2 have done an excellent job . Never stop building .

I've already seen from a well-known UA-camr that they put the glass on the steel without a frame and WITHOUT spacers. Pure glass on steel. I couldn't think of anything else. It's great that you're both doing it right. 58:13 and absolutely impressive for me what you two achieve together, respect.

obviously the way to build with shipping containers, with or without the obscene spikes in lumber prices. Though if the homeowners were paying market prices for the steel work, large glass panels might seem affordable after all. Women make great welders

Perhaps you might tell me, is your Vulcan 220 powering everything for you including lights etc. Im lookin for something myself but id like to know from someone who owns one if this is the machine I need. I do a lot of camping and fishing etc so I need some suitable to my needs for 3 to 5 day camp outs. Anyway.. Lovin the build.. Regards Jack from Ireland

Why was your foundation wall so off level or equal with the rest of the house?? Was it a cramped for room thing on property or you didn't plan right from the beginning?? Way off either way could have been engineered better from start and saved you alot and been way easier and nicer!!
