    Breathing Exercise (1:11): As the timer begins, an audible metronome will guide you through a six-count breath cycle. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for six seconds, allowing your diaphragm to expand fully. Exhale through your nose for another six seconds, releasing any tension or stress. Continue this rhythmic breathing throughout the duration.
    Integration Phase (12:30): As the timer concludes, enter a peaceful three-minute integration phase. Let your breath return to its natural rhythm and reflect on the calm and centered feeling you've cultivated.
