The bubbles are diluted so obviously that decreases the concentration, but long exposure probably would kill the worms. Just to further back how even eco-friendly soaps can kill, various other pests can be caught and killed using the water cup method. All it takes is a cup filled with water and a few drops of dish or hand soap. The often scented smell of soap attracts certain insects like fruit flies and stinkbugs. Once they touch the water, the soap reduces the surface tension allowing the pests to sink instead of swim. In Pennsylvania where the stinkbugs come in hordes, we keep an old cottage cheese container outside with a stick to knock them into the cup if they are on the walls. The cup fills in a month or so.

I'm more concerned about the grass, why put soap on/in it? I don't think they appreciate drinking soapy water. It's not environmentally friendly. Perhaps vinegar or another substitute like baking powder would be just as effective.

To be fair, the worms are just trying to survive and experience life like how everything else does. That's where my sympathy stems from. But I'm not going to attack this lady for clearing them, she wants to experience life too, without her yard getting messed up. Think, when a lion chases a zebra, you feel sympathy for both, but you understand that one must be taken down for the other to progress. That's how I feel about this situation.

Many of people that I know that are too lazy to find an actual reliable resource have resorted to Wikipedia and had gotten a 0 on their project because all of their information was incorrect.
Sure, half the time you can actually get pretty decent information given that half the users know what they are talking about, but I only trust Wikipedia for giving me information about actors and TV shows.
When it comes to getting information from projects, I trust official websites whose users are scientists who use their calculations and post them for people to use and carry on, and official text books. I would never trust some adult or teen who thinks they know what they are talking about but only have 65% idea on what they are doing.
Wikipedia is like your best friend Steve who can give you a brief idea and summary of something if youre curious and need quick info, but not for getting correct data for research.
