From a producers standpoint, I like that he explains everything in plain English and doesn't try extra hard to put on any airs that he's so important and knows it all. I'm still phuckin' with that Masta Ace "Disposable Arts" album too. Classic, underrated sh!t there, homey.

nothings for free.......make your own....just start saving sounds, snares, kicks, basslines, gutairs, stabs, vocal samps.....ect. I got like 10-15 category folders,,,,eventually they add up....my library is sick.....over 10 years of sounds all sampled from classic shit
The ones on the video? Those are Cerwin Vega speakers for sure. Looks like LS-series, which actually aren't _studio_ monitors, but (old) regular hifi-speakers. My guess is, that those are his reference speakers, as Cerwin Vega LS's put out some serious bass. :) I could imagine he most probably does the final mixing and mastering in a bit better studio environment with proper monitors.
