I'm watching from the USA loving how talented you all are. Question when you start working with the hot candy how much time do you normally have before you can no longer mold it? Do you send fans samples of your candies?

We have 2-3 hours on the tables before the candy begins to crystalize and the batch is no longer good 🫠 but we usually finish the job a lot faster than that
