@@TellTheTruth1 The history of developers and how the cities and county deal with them in Southern California is a gross one of corruption, bribes, greed, extortion and power plays. The home owners are the last people these politicians think or care about, and frankly same with most of the developers.
Logical infrastructure is the last thing on their minds, and if you brought it up to them, they would smugly dismiss you as being irrelevant and a waste of their incredibly important time.
If you really understood the degree of contempt and disregard politicians have toward their voters, you would flinch at the intensity of it. Speaking as someone who dealt with them a lot in the 90's. They think of voters as dumb animals who must be used for the good of all.

Your absolutely right! When Yamavha was known as San Manuel and the hill caught on fire 🔥. It was frightening for sure. Lived on Bangor Ave in San Bernardino. It would definitely be interesting to know how it started.
I thought the same thing, I pass the encampments everyday going up the 18 and pass Wayerman and 40th where what used to be a park is. It’s now over run with tents and zombies stumbling around and only a block or so away from a few schools. I don’t know if they actually caused this fire, but it certainly was the first thought that I had.
Every time you start your stove every time you light a cigarette every time you start your car you start a fire don’t go blaming it on homeless people because you’ll be there next week that Karma

The Park fire in Northern California was not started by a homeless person, it was started by a guy who deliberately torched a car and pushed into a ravine full of dry brush. Unfortunately, arsonists don't seem to lose the urge to start fires even with prison time.

Yes, the homeless have been responsible for some fires throughout California, but most of the "human caused" fires that actually destroy homes are started by property owners.

I doubt "homeless" want to be anywhere near there. even then, a ridge build is usually in LA and area a fire break, not a road to hill soverlooking a dry hill ready to light up. the houses and developments down in the valley haven't been touched.
