    Explain iodine chamber. Only iodine is taken in a closed container for locating???

      There is no such any explanation of Iodine chamber. Its quite simple.
      Yes you can use only Iodine crystal or you can add silica powder in it.

    Sir Aspirin and ibuprofen ki TLC prepare krne k liye bhi same solvent system (chloroform 5 ml , acetone 3ml ,Ethyl acetate 2 ml ) lena h jese paracitamol me aapne liya or inn sbki Rf value 7 k around hogi sir please answer krna practical exam h ????

      Nahi.
      Molecule change hoga uske andr k functional groups change honge so apko solvent system change karna padta hain.
      Rahi baat exam ki to wo to aapko exam mein solvent system prepared hi milengi. So don't worry.
      Next Rf ka kaha aapne. Dear Rf value kabhi bhi 0.8 se zyada nahi hoti hain
      0.2-0.8 ye ideal range hain.
      So acchhe se meqsument karna.

      Agr Aapko sabhi (listed molecules) ko ek sath karna ho to apko kafi trial & errors karne pdege
      Because sabhi ke structure mein polar and non polar groups hain.
      Aur agar aap separately Kar Rahe ho to aapko structure ko dhyan mein rakh Kar solvent select karna chahye.
      Hum kabhi common name se solvent decide nahi Kar sakte. For that we need exact structure of molecule

    Beseline 2.5cm sy kam bhi ho skti hai kia??? I mean 2.5cm standard rkhi gai hai Chromatography main!

      Standard to 1 cm hain
      Na ki 2.5
      But it all depends on size and dimension of your plate and beaker or jar you are using

      2.5 cm for paper chromatography.
      To draw on What's man filter paper.

    Sir kinetic k practical ki ek confusion h please clear krde ...kl practical exam h
    K2S2o8 and KI practical me dono bottle mix krne k baad 10 ml flask me Lena or starch add krk fir titration krna h yaa flask me pehle cold water 20 ml add krne k baad fir ye solution 10 ml lekr then Na2s2o3 k sath titration krna h ??? means cold water kb or kitna add krna h sir aapki videos bhot helpful hoti h .. Kinetic k practical proper way se kahi pr bhi available nhi h.

      Apki bat sahi hain ki kinetic k practicals nahi hain.
      Ye jo apka experiment hain usme 2 sets prepare Kar do uske baad jab mix Kar Rahe ho to turant apko titration karna hain.
      Ab rahi baat cold water add karna
      To dear cold water to kabhi add hi na karte hum. Ice add Kiya jata hain to decrease the rate of reaction
      So apko 3 4 small ice cubes add karne hain for each reading and then Ap 10ml solution lo fir starch add Karo uske baad titration karo aap.

      It depends
      Selection of developing chambers depends on type of drug.
      You have to do trial and error
      If you are Research scholar then now a days UV chamber is used

      No. Benzene non polar hain n acetone polar so mix nahi honge dono

      Lipids ho ya amino acids ho. Sb ki reactivity n property same nahi hoti so sab k liye koi common ratio solvent ka hum nahi keh skte.
      TLC jo hain wo apke molecule k structure pr depend krta hain. So apko study and trial dono karne pade.
      1 baar me kabhi TLC nahi hoti dear.

    I mean iss main aisa kia tha jo pehly spot nazar nhi aa rhy thy but sopt developer main khuch time rehny ky baad spot visible hua???

      Mein apko itana suggest karunga ki aap ek baar TLC ki theory padho
      Apko waha samaj aa jayega ki spot developer ka importance kya hain and kyu hum iska use karte hain.
      Travel kitana hua plate mein base line se (due to solvent effect and interaction) wo identify karne k liye spot developer chahye hota hain...

      Solvent polarity order check krna apne aap ans apko mil jayega

      ત્રણ વખત એટલે કરવામાં આવે છે કે જેથી સ્પોટ તમે મૂકો એની સાન્દ્રતા વધી જાય જેથી કરીને તમને સારું developing જોવા મળે

      The basic concept/principle behind this TLC is same in all reference book. Working mechanism is also same.
      We performed this experiment as per Gujarat University syllabus.
