hello beautiful boat congratulations you have worked a lot to get it right so it ended really well ... could you give me 2 technical information? a boat in the water what is the wet length from the tip to the bottom of the stern? and by chance you know where the center of gravity of the boat is (always from the lowest point of the stern) by measuring it ... thanks
@@terrybrown9516 No kit. I drew it and lofted it out...old school now as everything is done on cad.. Finished cost was around the 200k mark being as I paid myself a wage and I only had 12months to do it in. I will never build another like i did. That was a looooong year for me. looking at the same kit you built now.
@@terrybrown9516 It was but totally worth it.. After using it for a while you tend to forget how much work goes into building it. Until you start another
Nice seaworthy looking boat that looks like she'll do well in rough water. Aussies seem overly fond of refrigerator white, but there are worse vices. LOL
A few things you should do 1 turn down the music 2 talk louder 3 make sure you know all the facts about the trailer and boat before doing a video , other then that great video .....
build it right, use a good design, service it regularly, look after it and you will be surprised how long a plate boat will keep going. Plate boat resale values are also quite good compared to some other building materials.
You can see the pain of the process in his eyes. But it all seems worth it when you see his finished boat. Quality build mate.
That pain will keep on giving, long into the future
What a fantastic job you did. Enjoy it mate, you deserve it after that build.
🍀thank you so much for sharing your fabulous boat and your fab video, the filming was clear professional, thanks 🌊🏄🎬🏁
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching
Nice work mate. Can’t wait to see a video of it on the water. Starting this process myself but getting a builder to put it together. Cheers

Hello from Australia
How do you go with the towing restrictions being placed on you because it's 2.7 and not 2.5 wide???
Oversized sign and towing restrictions at certain times and locations.
Sick boat.
I hope old mate doesn’t embarrass himself by purchasing that Dodge Ram though
Need a big truck to pull a big boat!
@@cncmarineboats need a man’s truck eg a landcruiser
, not an embarrassment of a truck eg ram
I like this boat 🚢
Nice job I need to work for the company please ❤
You want to build boats?
I love Australian people no nonsense people
Hadn't really noticed, but you're not wrong.
Hey mate, nice boat!! What welder did you use?
Good on you
I know your pain..I built a 9m cat by myself..lot of work but I prefer to work alone..
Hi, did you buy a kit ? If so where from ? How much did the finished cat cost ?
@@terrybrown9516 No kit. I drew it and lofted it out...old school now as everything is done on cad.. Finished cost was around the 200k mark being as I paid myself a wage and I only had 12months to do it in.

Plus Motors 2 x 175 outboards I bought from a local VMR for 20k with 300hrs on them
Sounds like hard work

So how big is it in the free world?

Did you find what you needed?

It's to reflect the heat otherwise in summer the surfaces will brand whatever skin it touches.

have you checked out our latest videos?
Nepal ok
"backyard shed"...shows a large airplane hanger.
A "big" backyard shed. Certainly not your average garden shed but
Wooo 30 minutes looking at this guy talk. No show of boat around and inside or in action. How boaring i skip forward with the slide and not see any
