I test to see if my SKAR SDR 15 subwoofer is worth the extra size and cost compared to the compact size of the Logitech Z623 Subwoofer.

I had a Skar 18" sdr in a 6 cube foot box tuned to 18 hz 500 watt plate amp 4 ohm just swapped in a CT sounds tropo 18" and damn. Its rowdy

I was between the Tropo 18 and the SDR 18 but I decided to pick up the SDR 18 instead. Do you think the Tropo 18 is worth the upgrade?

@@WaveImages It was for me. I have 2 meso 12's in my super crew also. The skar 18 was noisy and Ct makes quiet powerful subs. I wish they made an ozone 18. i have a single ozone12 in my SUV and it plays down to 20hz with ease. The skar is ok for the money but would pop at certain bass notes like when watching football. Tropo 18 out put is also higher same power.

I have a Klipsch R115SW home theater sub in my living room and it sounds amazing with no chuffing heard, and the same goes for the Skar sub too. Maybe you just haven't heard a good home theater sub yet?
