How weird. Watching this on 7/21/23, heatwave is going on across the country, and watched the World Cup earlier today (USA beat Vietnam 3-0). Eerie similarities!

Not funny. The audience reactions seem artificial and over the top. Seems Leno only really got funny in the 2000's, like from 2003 onward. The mid oughts onward, the show becomes priceless.
