@@inventolabs4741 I feel your pain. 15 years ago, I had all kinds of back pain including lower back pain. I am talking pain that kept me up at night and made it almost impossible to get out of bed. A surgeon wanted to fuse my 3 lower vertebrae. Fast forward to today, I am currently pain free and have been pain free for about 3 years. I attribute my pain relief to becoming an expert at ATG squats and basic leg stretches. I cannot tell you exactly how to fix your back issue, because the back is so complicated. However, I will say there is most likely a non-surgical answer.

After reading your experience I feel that I will also get rid of my lower back pain some how, because if you,who was in such bad condition is now alright so why not me,after all my back is in a better condition. So can you please tell what did you do for getting rid of your back pain? I know that the same thing may not work for me but then also...

@@inventolabs4741 I give credit to ATG squats with body weight only, hip thrusts with body weight only, stretching hamstrings, stretching hip flexors, and walking whenever possible (not running). Don't worry about reps or sets. Just try to become an expert on the movements and enjoy them. For me, it was a long road, literally years of trial and error.

this made me 1 up to 2 inches taller after 6 months I ques and I don't feel any mid and lower back pains, I had a very bad posture because of office work and gaming. I notiched my hand and vinger strenght is stronger sinds i start hanging on the vinger timps not just hand palms, its very easy and you dont need to go for 2 hours in the gym

I enjoy deadhangs, I have trouble resisting an almost reflexive impulse to turn it into an active hang. Do you see any harm in that, as long as I relax back into a deadhang as soon as I notice?

Hey man nice video! I’ve been having some trouble with my right shoulder and have been doing deadhangs as well as pull-ups and other pulling movements. I read one article on deadhangs and it said I should keep my elbows slightly bent as a completely free deadhang will aggravate my shoulder. Is this true? If so I may have found out why my shoulder is so aggravated. Thanks!

    • @BodyweightMuscle
