Things I’ve tried that have helped: Castor oil! Rosemary oil. Biotin gummies. Iron supplements if your iron is low. Zinc supplements. Avoid dry shampoo. The hardest but most effective: Reducing my stress!!
Also regularly shampooing my hair! I think going too long between washes was actually contributing to hair loss.
healthy hair starts from the inside out! hair loss can also be caused by lack or vitamins and nutrients. the main one being low iron and folic acid. make sure you go for a blood test especially if you’re feeling any symptoms 💞 it can also be caused by issues with hormones etc. if you’re struggling with major hair loss go to the doctor. you also have to look after your hair, audery has some amazing tips in her videos that i follow myself.
Does one blood tests reveals all the vitamin and mineral levels or do I need to take different blood tests for different minerals??

Avoiding brushing the hair when it's wet really help to NOT pull off the hair from the root and break the hair shaft. Even when you have thick hair you can experience hairloss just with this bad habits to brush them when they are wet because it's a very fragile form which include NO brushing right before drying them.

You have so much hair. You have no idea what true hair loss looks and feels like ....and these tips will not do anything 😕 you have a little bit of shedding that is not the same thing .
True….she may not have the same density as pre pregnancy but she still has A LOT of hair and its thick….try having very fine hair and literal bald spots
