The radio he was fantastic. And I will see him again in March and it’s a bunch of people from different generations in this wonderful sing-along brilliant.
I grew up in this band I was born in 64 everyone on the planet knew who Randy Meisner was some people might have underestimated him I always felt he had one of the baddest voices on the planet and I love that pretty little girl's face in the Expressions on it while she was listening to it awesome anyone who hasn't heard it need to get it together they don't know what they're missing God bless you girl
When I was a little girl, the first time I heard this song. It brought me to tears, and I fell in LOVE with this song!! To this day, it holds such a special place in my heart!
Surely you jest. Randy Meisner excepted, The Eagles were perched atop a mountain of musical treacle, warmly welcomed by supermarket and elevator sound systems everywhere!
Im 70 years old and every time I hear this version of this song it brings tears to my eyes. As my ex gf used to say you gotta take it to the limit havent you.
We love you and miss you Randy Meisner RIP, I hope you found final peace 🕊️ you could find here. My condolences to the family and friends, bandmates. You influenced me to be a bassist, and Timothy B Schmitt 2nd Bassist of the Eagles.
The Stones have to be there. I challenge any human not to be blown away by Gimme Shelter and Can’t you hear me knocking . I hear they have some other tunes in their back catalogue
One of the greatest underrated singers of all time... A partner of the biggest true band of all time. There was no lead singer. A true band. All are legends solo as well. Most people don't realize it. He was afraid to sing this live, but Glenn Fry told him he could do it. There was a big fight over it before the show. Glenn was on the keyboard. That's where you saw him smiling when Randy hit the note that he told him he could do
Their song "Hotel California" is a timeless classic, "Desperado" is great as well. I could probably go on forever recommending more and more of their great songs. If you do react to Desperado, please also try the Linda Ronstadt cover. She's got an incredible voice, what a pity she has health problems that have stopped her from being able to sing anymore.
That lineup existed for one album, "Hotel California" . Joe Walsh (The guy in the headband) Joined for that album. Randy Meisner (Singer, Bass) left after that album.
Take to the limit is a band on tour.. Next town and take the performance to the limit , The bright lights to blue is the end of the gig when all have left the lights down, and he is thinking about a woman who might have loved him but he did not realise it ,,
@@ROYALTEHILLAHTVREACT I thought so. I'm from England my name is Tim. I was in the Royal Navy and I have been to Africa few times. It's a beautiful country with lovely friendly people. It's nice to meet you.
I can barely listen to this! Why is there a bad echo in the music? Try listening back to this video and you'll hear what I'm talking about. You need to figure out how to fix that.
Or perhaps she was playing the audio back in some speakers and it was creating a delay sort of like when you call into a radio station and you've got the radio on listening to your own call which causes that kind of an echo. Just a guess. But it is a little hard to listen to. By the way, I'm not sure what getting more subscribers has to do with the technical problem you're having with the sound lol. The original poster was just asking why the audio sounded strange and said you should figure out how to get it fixed. I see nothing wrong with that.
A dreadful band with a priceless jewel of an artist named Randy Meisner. Far too brilliant for a group making processed soulless dreck that offended me, Lebowski, and no doubt, millions of others across the years.
Randy Meisner was always probably the most underrated singer in Eagles. This song is his Magnum opus, a true masterpiece in contemporary rock history.
Great
I liked his songs best
Absolutely his masterpiece.
Well said. Nobody can sing this song like Randy. This one of the greatest live performances ever and also Randy's
The radio he was fantastic. And I will see him again in March and it’s a bunch of people from different generations in this wonderful sing-along brilliant.
The much loved, humble Randy Meisner in soaring voice singing his signature song.

And when he says “thank you” at the end…it just kills me. It’s like he’s saying thanks for just listening. Beautiful!!!!
RIP Mr. Meisner. Angelic voice and a humble man.
Humility..................this world needs more Meisner!!!!
One of the BEST live bands to see - fantastic. R.I.P. Randy Meisner
Of all the concerts I've seen hearing this song live is one of the most memorable moments.

As a grown man, it still moves me. Great music will always connect with your emotions, and move your soul to a higher spiritual plane.

Probably not the best in history, but definitely the best American band.
My favorite song of all time. I saw them sing it live in March , 1977!
I was at that concert! Randy live is amazing. The Eagles live are amazing with their musical talents and their harmonies are the greatest ever.
Randy’s beautiful voice
Rest in Peace Randy…. So happy to see that love for the Eagles and Randy’s singing is spreading across generations ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Good memories of listening to the eagles back in the day.
RIP Randy Meisner. What a great singer and musician. Thanks for the memories and emotions!
My God..............what a voice!
Rest in Peace, Mr. Randy. You were loved.
The angelic voice of Randy Meisner . . ❤ RIP . . Soar high humble man.
Eagles at this moment were absolutely LOADED with talent, I don't think any other band comes close. They were ridiculous.
Rock CAN be soulful and this is one of the greatest examples of it.
What an angelic voice by Randy Meisner
My three top groups. The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and the Eagles the holy trinity of music! 😎👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

5 extremely talented people. Who fought like cats and dogs. But when they got on stage together it was magic every time.
Absolutely love Randy Meisner with all my heart. He was the kindest, most down to earth human being. This performance is a masterpiece.
Butter...encouraging. best ever Eagles song. Can carry a tune very far
😍😍
Great country rock! I was just a kid in the 1970’s when I first heard the Eagles on the radio. I was a Beatles fan too.
greatest group ever imo
after the Beatles IMO
Everyone in the band can sing well. They take good advantage of that.
Great
They really did
You must watch their performance of Hotel California!!! But make sure you watch the 1977 live version from this same concert!!
Fielder, Meisner, and Walsh were the turbines of The Eagles. I do love me some Frey, too.
Absolutely sublime. Lovely reaction. Thank you and best wishes from the UK.
Thanks so much
Their best song to me
Eagles have every bit as much talent as the Beatles, Stones or Queen. F'n PHENOMENAL band

In my humble opinion, Victim of Love is far and away the Eagles' best song.
Take it easy is a must listen. Imo
I just watched this video & all I can say is any reaction by you is stunningly beautiful. 😍

Probably because it’s a live performance! The echo is related to the sound recording.
