It says a lot when a Ukrainian is trying to tell us not to be afraid.
True...
Ukraine is teaching the whole world about courage. SLAVA UKRAINI!
As a Greek, I know there is a phrase, "The heroes fight like the Greeks." We can easily say, "The heroes fight like the Ukrainians.” Слава Україні!
That is beautiful, thank you. 💛💙

Thank you Greeks 🇺🇦🔱🤝😭
I wish all the Greeks were that supportive.
Until this day, there are some people in Greece that bitch at the US and NATO and somehow defend Russian actions. I’m like whhhhaaaaat?! What if Turkey was to come and try to take parts of your land and kill greeks, who would u rather be in the alliance with? 😅

and the free cubans were blocked forbidden to go back armed. american coast guard stopped at least one boat full of arms each month in the 1970 times. soviet missiles still there and darkness.
I could not be more proud of us and all of the countries that gave some help, but without the heart of the Ukrainians this would not be where it is
I stand with Ukraine!
My babooshka told me stories of the big hearts of the Ukrainian people as a child growing up in Canada.
I wish she was alive to have witnessed the dignity fearlessness and steadfastness of the Ukrainian army and it’s citizens. NATO and the West need to ensure that Ukrainians get what they need to win.
I’m Ukrainian and currently live in the US, work and pay taxes here, but my family is in Ukraine and it’s not easy to put into words how grateful we are and appreciate all your help! We know it’s not easy, Covid, inflation and other things, but I’m assuring you that all help from you and other countries goes long way in Ukraine and our soldiers fighting prevents yours fighting that evil in the future. Thank you again from all of us
It is an honor, my friend, to be supporting the heroes standing before an army we've feared for over a century. Some call it our finest hour when our country joined the fight against the Axis Powers through the last three years of the Great Depression-I see the situation in Ukraine no differently. 💙
Stanislav: Ukraine is the gatekeeper of safety for Europe from the demon madman putin. The world supports the determination, bravery and courage of the Ukrainian people. It is painful and frustrating to read the history of the Ukrainian people being repeatedly assaulted by russia. And so you have said NO MORE! It must have killed putin when Gorbachov dissolved the Soviet Union. And it probably kills him to be pushed back by the Ukrainian people as you so bravely are doing now. Slava Ukraini!

Hello ma'am I really appreciate your love and support over my dad career.
I'm glad we got to hear the UA perspective from this dignitary of Ukraine. EVERY SINGLE TIME that we westerners (who have never shared a border with RU) bring up the notion "but they say they'll use nukes!"... I'm stunned at our sniveling cowardice.
Put it this way, when a kid at school says he'll bring his daddy's gun to campus and will shoot you if you don't give him your shoes, backpack and pants, this is what you tell him. "You bring your gun, bring all of your guns... you fucking bully. Because, the rest of us, we'll bring our daddy's guns too, and there's 20 of us and just 1 of you."
Putin wants to rob the world and build his ethno-fascist dreamland where he is remembered as a conqueror. Nukes are great scare tactics, but they literally destroy that which he wants most: a secure future for his empire. Nukes END the life for the first attacker, because everyone else will counter nuke them into submission. That's the peace that we've negotiated with each other on the world stage.
Only we civilians haven't learned this realpolitik yet -it's time we catch up to the propaganda and see it for what it really is: lies, bullying and the barking of the starving rat desperate to keep ahold of whatever food is in front of it.
What an erudite man--AND in another language as well. His confidence--NOT arrogance--should be an inspiration to his people. Kudos to Colbert & Co. for getting him as a guest.

How does it feel to kick Russian Ass??
"It pretty much feels like being Ukrainian"
Sums it all up.
Pretty much. We have a long, LONG history of withstanding Russian oppression: from the Russian Empire, from the Soviet Union... Ukrainian flowers always come back to bloom, no matter how hard the oppressors try to stomp them out.
And, look: historically, no nation is a saint. Everyone fought someone throughout the centuries. However, being part of modern civilization means to let it go and to work together for a better future, as equals. Like, when part of Ukraine was under the Polish rule, we fought against them, too; and look at us now. Obviously, those 16 years of living in Ukraine haven't taught you anything.
Be proud of your president, and of yourselves. @@likebot. Zelenski is like a real life Clint Eastwood. Closest we had to that in the USA was maybe Teddy Roosevelt... and before that, Lincoln.... and before that, Washington. The list is thin. He's what all the narcissistic politicians want to be: brave, in control, smart, strategic, WINNING, comforting to his people, reliable, underrated to begin with and globally renowned later.... And those other politicians can never be all that, because their want of it blinds them from being able to accomplish it. They put themselves at the center, they think how everything reflects on them, and their people who look to them are seen as pawns rather than the stars of the show. Zelenski isn't a power-grabber. He got into this role because he saw an obvious need, one that he could fulfill. And now he's not it this for himself, he's doing it for his people. That's why he's successful. That's why he's on the List.
Wow, so impressive, humble and brave, all at the same time. Never thought that I would hear a distinction made between “fear,” and “being afraid.” Remarkable. You leave fear at the border, and you immediately become brave and are ready to face the challenge. So proud to be backing the Ukrainians.

I'm in the US air force as a russian linguist and you have my full support as pitiful as that is. I know and understand the US will not "get involved". I think we will look back at this war with great shame that we didn't help enough. That we did almost nothing, and stood by as Ukraine fought one of the largest military powers in the world. слава україні! и русский корабл иди на хуй!!!!
We're proud to have such an intelligent minister. Greetings from Kyiv.
What a moment - my favorite Stephen Colbert and my favorite Dmytro Kuleba are on the one stage!
Here is another reason to admire Ukrainians. A fantastic interview!
This is the first time I'm watching The Colbert show with tears in my eyes. I want to express immense gratitude to the American people for supporting Ukraine's fight against the greatest tyranny since WWII.
Спасибо всем кто нам помогает. Мы этого никогда не забудем

We need to give them the weapons they need to win. We can not bend to Putin's desperate threats.
@Іглу This must be so difficult knowing your family is under occupation. I am sure you will liberate Kherson. But I shudder with you, thinking of your loved ones in the meantime. We are with you, for as long as it takes.
Yes!
As a Ukrainian I am grateful for Mr Kuleba and his professionalism. He is without doubt one of the best in our current government. Thank you for your hard work and thank you for caring. It really shows!
