i prefer Hantek DSO5102P, (even i have HP, RIGOL, TEKTRONIX and Hantek) GWinstek as function generator awesome (and many cheap brands are also available and reliable) moreover (Uni-T dual channel or any other brand having 2 channel or more with 1Ga Sample/ Sec, 100MHz bandwidth or above ) can be selected as well.as the most of the oscilloscopes are using approximately similar motherboard and display. just brand names differs
