- Iowa man Tyler Dazey was charged with first-degree murder after his mother was found murdered and beaten in her home. When the police discovered his dead mother, she had brutal injuries to her head, neck, and face. Dazey allegedly told police that his mother, Jennifer Ann Dazey, practiced witchcraft against him. Dazey is also accused of murdering the family dog. Dazey could face up to life behind bars if convicted. The 28-year-old was deemed competent for trial after a series of evaluations.

Shyyyydddddtttttt..... The way the daughter reacted was VERY unusual. I have more emotions toward my favorite character dieing in a movie. Sheesh
I think the defence is trying to establish reasonable doubt about which of the kids did this. Kylie is strange and could have known the brother was going to kill mom or she could have shared in the deed itself. He also seems to be trying to establish here that not enough investigation was done into the other children, that they focused on this son and dismissed other suspects. We will see.

He requested to waive his right to be at the trial based on religious grounds, and the judge granted it.
The defense attorney and the judge voices sound the same.
The defense attorney is really annoying and has a creepy way of communicating. I think he is just grasping at straws to try to plant doubt that the defendant did it.
Why has it skipped a big chunk
my guess, because of how it cuts right as they're about to publish an image, is that they accidentally aired something they shouldn't have, and they took a heavy hand in editing it out, just going right to the next break.

Why are there two defense attorney's asking questions on the same cross examination? I've never heard that done before.
That's normal actually, you usually have a team of lawyers in a firm with different tasks and sometimes they don't mind handing off the torch

Police really have do better with their investigations especially, when it's murder!!
