i just came back from a nice long walk in the woods and felt so grounded. i then started listening to this amazing meditation ( not even with headphones) and my throat chakra is itching. i do have an active kundalini and your frequency is felt on my spine. i thank you for all this healing that you share for free with us. very soothing.
