I have ADHD and in the process of an autism diagnosis. I’ve been in what people would call burnout for like 11 years and I am in complete shock to tell you I feel excited and feel like I did 11 years ago when I was in the military in Europe and traveling and meeting new and exciting people. I feel amazing. I am able to think about what I want and need to do. I’m functioning right now. I don’t know how to put in words how thankful I am right now. I have earbuds in. I was just scrolling through UA-cam overstimulated and needing a distraction and I’ve always loved your videos and here I am like 30 min later. I remember this technique i learned how to heal yourself by closing your eyes and visualize white light behind your eyes and this will help you remember things ypu forgotten like how you felt when you were 12 or adolescent and your body will adjust to that age. But i cant find it anywhere on the internet anymore , i found it when youtube first came out
