Why is it sad? Not every exercise works for everybody. Some ppl get a massive chest via barbell flat bench press, many do not. No big deal IMO. Stay healthy bros

Bc looking more lean this offseason vs last, ... hmmm interesting seem last yr was like a busy yr being champ, dialed back science and bulked more and leaned late. Definitely bolstered the upper body vs 2019. Probably is what made the legs seem lacked, cause the upper hit underneath that soft look bulk. Now, looking tighter, still sized ... guess itll be better to track growth and make sure the upper body dont blow past the lower body, I'm sure we will see plenty of leg workouts mid summer heading on in to the show.
Brandon has great shoulder chest arms ,But need to start doing hams, glutes, abducters , calf's & Quads twice a week, See rich gaspari &flex Lewis glute & and abducter workout for chiseled thick fully blown lower body , Good luck god bless all 👍☘️🙏
Nope because my tricep are not heavily involved in my chest training. I know how to isolate the chest fairly well. This explains certain ranges of motion on different exercises.

Training of chest isnt easy. The nature give to us '1 big block of chest' in 3 parts of our anatomy: estern bone, claviculas bone n umerhus bone. It is not easy to separate 'em but everyone one of us through the years need to feel what is good to.

I think it’s a overhead lat pull down type of thing but he’s using it a different way
