    The most down to earth humble bodybuilder / artist in his industry, while having the best flowing physique. It takes a good person to still be so grounded. Without question my favorite bodybuilder of all time!

    I absolutely love using the "21's" method on other muscles besides biceps. It 100% works and will destroy your muscle that you are training. Thank you for the knowledge Mr. Curry

    Ion know how long you e had this channel...and I’ve always been a fan...But I had know idea that you were so cerebral and articulate..I may ha e seen 1 or 2 interviews and it’s was an oooooooong time ago....I currently working on a “lagging chest” and I really appreciate the tips...They all make “physiological” sense when you were describing....today is chest day and so can’t wait...

    Great video. I have long arms, big shoulders and a small chest. I've tried so many things to make it grow over the past 14 years but failed. I remembered you doing reverse grip bench press back during the bsn days so i randomly tried it a few days ago. My chest finally started progressing this week because of it. The pump is incredible. I know you didnt put the exercise in the video but i hope this comment will help anyone still having trouble growing. Thanks Brandon.

      @@ericsenecal9203 false. Im very experienced and have been doing it for years. Everybody is different. I actually have a home gym and i still do it. You actually work your upper chest more when you do reverse flat. Try it , it works. My arms are very long. Im 34 and been personal training since 19. This is the most effective exercise for my chest that ive ever done 🙏🏼

    • @BrandonCurryAllAccess
      @BrandonCurryAllAccess  3 роки тому

      Depend on how you define pre activation of course. When I pre activate a muscle I’m referencing warming it up and bring in blood flow making sure my mind muscle connection with the muscle is very good.

    (not talking about powerlifting talking about putting some good muscles on the frame)
    It's all about the weight which we can handle for 8-12 reps which good mind muscle connection
