I, for one, welcome our new Dice Catter overlords! Also, the walls look fantastic! Idea for future foam brick madness: maybe incorporate slices of hexagonal "stone", on their side, to create an interesting pattern and tie it together with your other ruins?
You seem to be one of the few creators out there really pushing the limits of what terrain can be, the stories it tells and how it functions in game and takes up space of the board.
I can't wait to see your channel grow even more, you deserve to have your projects seen by so many more people! Your videos are a great resource for crafters like me, thank you for all your hard work! See you in the next one 😊
I just learned something new! Making sculptures out of clay is absolutely brilliant. I’ll definitely use this in future projects when the time is right. Thanks for an inspiring video!
Absolutely loved this video, I'm quite new to wargaming and the biggest hurdle for me has been putting together a board for me and my housemates to play some skirmish games on. Managed to craft up a few things from art supplies we as a group already had since we're all art students but with this landscape of tabletop games being so new we don't really have a frame of context so seeing the mixed medium elements here such as the larger clay faces and then the little bricks, string etc etc put together to construct an environment that tells a story just makes so many lightbulbs blink in my head when looking at our surplus of art supplies and replaces what was once a roadblock to a creative opportunity. Thanks for the putting this up!
Wow! Love this comment! For someone who does not have an artistic background, it has been a fun challenge learning about all of these tools and techniques. If you ever have any neat ideas, input, or other ways to tackle a project, I am always happy to listen.
@@DiceChatterjust found your channel through this video and I'm already hooked, I'd love to see more ancient mesoamerican-esque terrain like this, maybe some Adobe buildings?
This ruins look amazing and really original. I've been hesitant on trying clay for some projects but looking to what you achieved with relatively simple shapes gave me the final spark to try it myself! Keep up with the great content and congratulations for your incredible work!
Really digging the style of your terrain. I have no idea how I could not notice your channel earlier. instant subscribe. + cats which is always a bonus
I love the vibe you were able to bring to these with the paint scheme. I'm also super intrigued by the idea of using spackle to fill in the cracks after the first round of painting. I'm going to need to try that!
i really like these terrain vids, it's really inspiring and starts my brain up with new ideas ^^ i got a proxon now because of you and can't wait till next month so i can buy some foam and start crafting. I also like these a lot as it aren't just L/U-shaped ruins but more natural formed ones ^^
Well now that you made a wonder wall. when will you paint a free bird? Also driving short nails at the bottom of the piece might be a better way of putting the center of gravity down. At least for some pieces.
Your ruins manage to always look so unique compared to everything else I see. Love the channel
I always enjoy trying to make these builds look a bit different from your typical creations. Good to know it’s working 😀

I like the way you think! Always a good idea to mix your builds together to create some cohesion, even though each craft can be its own solo piece.
Love the weird walls. They are so creatively different and would be a blast to see on the table.
Thanks! Looking forward to getting some games in with them. 😀

Wow! What a kind comment! Thank you my friend 🤓

Really nice! A bit of weird is nice from time to time :D Love the cats too!
Thank you as always Cage! And they are a handful 😻

Dude!! I see you are stepping up your game!! That last build must have really sparked something in you.
Kitties!!! ♥ Awesome work on that terrain as always man! Also, those minis look super good

All thanks to folks like you, Jtrow 🤓

CASEY! Appreciate it, my friend! 😁

Give it a try! I’d suggest test it out a couple times before trying it out on your favorite build 😅
Woow!! Looks so good! U did something really cool and new man!! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much 😁
I love the faces, they make for a very unique, kinda psychedelic look!
Thanks, Keggers! Happy how they turned out.
this is such an unbelievably inspiring video!
Thanks for sharing your excellent hobby work.
Of course! Anytime 🤓
Came for the awesome terrain, stayed for the cats. Haha, jk awesome work! I love the idea of precutting the foam bricks and shaking them with rocks.
Always trying to work smarter, not harder. And thanks for the high praise!
Amazing work as always!
Thank you! And nice shocked kitty profile pic!
Nice build. Thank you for sharing this.
No problem 👍
Incredible build!! Always love seeing your builds! Keep up the great work! ❤
Thank you so much!
Love it. The grout added in really made it come together.
Thank you! Glad it all worked out!
The spackle solution is crazy good
It's funny, the spackle always looks like crap, and then you add some washes and grime. 👌
Hello kitties!!
Love the unique additions to these walls ❤❤❤
Thank you! Cheers!
@@DiceChatter you are welcome 🤗
Watching this video as my Super Sculpey is baking in the oven, love your content !
Good luck! I hope whatever you are creating works out!

Bring on the weird! Love these faces and the gate
Thank you! And appreciate the reminder to snag some coffee 😅
Great stuff
These look great. They would fit in perfectly as terrain in Frostgrave Ghost Archipelago.
Looking forward to using these in some FG!
Nice!
Well now that you made a wonder wall. when will you paint a free bird?
Also driving short nails at the bottom of the piece might be a better way of putting the center of gravity down. At least for some pieces.
The free bird will be posted next week. 😅
And not a bad idea! Some short nails could do the trick!
Excellent use of clay. Nothing says "spooky ruins" like "Big Face Doorway".
Exactly. 👻
Why not make weighted clay bricks to use near the base, instead of the BBs?
Ahhh, just didn’t think of it… 🫠
Love me some Temple of Doom vibes
Oooh hell yeah!
Soooo cool❤
Jade being the wizard and Gary the apprentice, right?
Hahaha! I was hoping someone would mention this! Nail on the head 😻
I miss the wizard 😢
🧙♂️
Gary ftw
😻
