Lol, Jonah, I didn't pass my first driving test. My dad had taken me up for the test, but it was my mother who had been my teacher. On the way home he tossed me the keys and directed me, right turn, left turn, right turn....and put me on the ramp to the freeway for the first time in my life. When I pointed out, not too calmly, that I'd never driven the freeway before his comment was "I know. You need to go a whole lot faster...." I aced the test the next time.

My daughter just got back from visiting some friends in Charolet. I have been on carnivore for 75 days now and I love my pork rinds for a snack. I am so glad Jonah's hip is doing good. Make sure you teach Jonah to only drive in the far left lane to pass. He should be driving in the middle or right. He had a big truck pass him on the right. That’s not safe. Hope everyone is feeling better. So happy Jonah is doing so well!

When doing the pork skins always best to leave them in a airtight box or bag overnight after you hydrated them, as it helps to equal out he moisture content so they puff more evenly.
We do them in the restaurant we get rid of most of the fat first, cook the skins in large bits until tender then scrap the fat off them whiles they're still warm, then dry out rest overnight then fry.
chewy-ness could also sometimes be not frying long enough or oil dropped to cold.
Also in the UK we call these pork scratchings and are a old school drinking snack you'd find in a pub.

Just wanted to point out that Jonah should adjust the trucks driver seat so that his shouders are not so far from the seat while he is driving, he is almost leaning forward and over time this can cause problems... I learned that the hard way

I can offer no advice on the sheep or the pork rinds - I have zero experience with either. But HOORAY for Jonah's confirmation follow-up for his positive outcome (finally) for his hip injury. I'm rather enjoying these shorter format videos periodically, especially knowing you're having to juggle more while you've got one adult temporarily out of commission. I hope everyone feels better soon!

He looked to be one happy young man driving to the doctor appointment and happier when it was over.
Has it only been four months?! My husband at 47 just got his hip replacement this Friday, and I am taking car of him! He has been on NO narcotics since Saturday, I am so impressed! He is on LESS pills now than before (he was never on narcotics before, but lots of others) So proud of him!
watch out for the "others" ibup & tyl. I am living proof it's not so great, messes with your organs esp. liver & worse kidneys.

The round things you described sounds like typical placenta features in sheep. Coteledons (sp?) Jonah is rocking the healing process with his hip. Bet he is quite happy about it.

Congratulations on your hip sir!! My hubbies had both hips replaced two years ago...but his was age and work related.
Pork rinds need to be boiled after taking the fat off. Grandma used to dry them only from freezing in the smoke house. Then she fried them in hot pork renderings...oh so good as a treat while we worked on Christmas gifts. She would dry "can" the dried pork rinds in the oven to keep longer. The only thing wasted from the pig was its squeal. Lol. They made blood pudding from the blood.the tongue and feet were pickeled.

Cook Flossy with suett, onions and garlic, salt, italian seasoning. Make patties and put on slices of Cabbage. Use dill, 2 large Tblsps yogurt, onions, salt, two tsp. ketchup, chopped roma tomates on top. Bake 350 degrees in over 45 min. Slice up the entire cabbage ring, meat, topping and enjoy. Completely delicious.

The only way to get experience is by doing it. His father is right beside him. The more the young man drives the more experience he will get and the better driver he will be. Also this will give him more confidence in his ability as a driver.

Glad to hear they've finally started designing those replacement hips with replaceable bushings. When my mom had both hers done 25 years ago, they didn't have those. You'd think it would be common sense.

Justin being a type II diabetic myself. DR. says 80-130 good sugar, 100 is a little on high side, but I don't think they know. I get 200's but my A1C is 6's You need to stay aay from Lilly's sweets lol
When deep frying, not letting the oil come back up to temperature between batches does make a difference. At least it does with mozzarella sticks and pepper poppers.

Don’t check your glucose after exercising. It will be higher and it is not a correct reading.

one of my sheep channels had that same this happen about a year ago or so she had some sheep abort with placentas like that and a couple born with the fatty deposits though i believe they were slightly prematre

We bought meat from a Holstein. The fat that was mixed in seemed to have a high boiling point. It coated your mouth like eating lard. I recently had a corn beef that had a pocket of fat like that.
