Wow, that's a lot of prep work for getting your "patriarchs" for the farm. That's great that Jonah will get more night hours for driving. I'm so glad you persevered getting the lights on the livestock trailer to work. I find out from many people that if they get a cleaning service to help them they often try to clean up before the cleaning service shows up. That "linner" looked wonderful Rebekah and that bread you baked Jonah that was glutin free was very impressive for it's size and height. It's great that you saved turkey breast for sandwiches in the freezer. That motel was very nostalgic! Takes me back to the 1970s. I hope you and Jonah have the rest of a wonderful trip. good to see some electrical troubleshooting and mileage on the truck for the kids, you will be much less anxious once you get to moving into house - it won't solve all your issues but will still be pretty major - my advice is to overcompensate on monitors (go dual), desk space, and soil amendments for cleared out areas and even go extra mile on clearing - when you think you are done take out some trees on edges to get max sun for good pasture, stack up logs and build some low tech compost bins - with the garden you will have some material to work with. think about possible biodiesel production - grow a few acres of canola or soybeans or sunflowers #assay #foghorn leghorn
I listened to that same podcast some months ago. I was already mostly carnivore and had been doing IF for years, but I started doing 36-72 hour fasts.. Since then I have dropped about 80 lbs.. I eat beef, mushrooms (I grow my own) and peppers.. One meal a day usually..
Let me see, milk cows, vacuum? I did both. These kids do tons of farm work. We will see how this plays out with housekeeper. I am retired and I have one come twice a month. 😊😊
Something Ive just learnt myself is to criss cross the trailer safety chains so if it comes off the ball/hitch for some reason, the the crossed over chains will catch the trailer coupler and stop it from hitting the ground/road while driving. Get him a seat cushion if he need to be higher and emphasize that you don't need to see the pavement right in front of the hood. You look further out on the road.

There are four fuses on Fords, location depending on the year. Google year of vehicle trailer light fuse locations. Mine was giving me fits had to replace two fuses one in engine bay second under right side dash.

If they want to save money on food and spend that same money on a cleaning lady, it's so nitpicky to decide where they can spend their money and where they can save their money. They're more interested in growing their own food than saving money... So if they can grow their own food by getting someone to clean for them, that's a win for them.
If your only fasting for 24 hours at a time that explains a lot. The first 2 to 3 days are the worst!! After that, you can get hungry around meal times for the next few days. Then that goes away as well. Autophagy mostly stops after 2 weeks fasting. So you can stop after a fortnight. But if you want to keep losing weight then keep Fasting. I have done over a month. I was hit head on and the airbag destroyed my left arm, requiring 3 surgeries. My arm flung back with such force, it actually cracked the door panel.
