You cannot store items like this that may have contained any sort of moisture inside of a plastic bag like you are talking about. Plastic doesn’t allow for airflow and will cause mold or degeneration of the dna or other evidence contained in the bag. Paper bags are standard for all evidence.

The jury doesn't have to follow her line of questioning. It has to listen to the evidence. That is all. Prosecutor's reasoning rarely becomes apparent in the initial few days of trial. Trials are always tedious, and dull affairs, for those seeking entertainment.

The question is why is it that this mom doesn't remember a text from the same morning after she already told the detectives. It's an evidence bag. The prosecutor had no right to alter the presentation of the evidence, in any manner, including rebagging it.

Wth is going in with this trial. Touching evidence with their bare hands, not preparing the mother of the child in anyway for her testimony and her knowing nothing, objective about most evidence, judge not letting pertinent info into evidence, stopping in middle of questioning to make copies??!! Also the prosecutor was hugely unorganized and shuffling papers non stop. The testimony of this witness (mom of child) has been excruciating to watch. 🤦🏼♀️

Very interesting how calm and removed the mother seems on the stand while being questioned and while having to wait so long for the passing out of exhibits. You would think she would be emotional and visibly suffering as time was wasted keeping her on the stand.

Worst most disorganized prosecutor ever. I do not know the outcome yet because I am watching in sequential order and have not read anything about this trial. I have not heard opening statements yet either. I do not even know what it is this woman is trying to convey to the jury with her dumb questions. She really needs a better paralegal and assistant to get her on a plan for trial questions. I could do better...
After part one I don't have the patience to watch part 2. Skimming through, at least the new boyfriend looks a lot better than the doofus looking one that's up for murdering his own child. 🤨 Also the man at the end looking at the camera reminds me of Jerry Springer.

Hey? How would the prosecution know what her "in laws" text to her the night before? Miss Memory Lapse here got asked if the grandparents told her to say their son was a good little father (outside of that infanticide thing'ee). The court had to recess to get her cell phone cause she forgot what the message said, but the state remembered. They intercepted her messages some how.
You're wrong. The mom actually told one of the detectives when she arrived at court. Listen to the testimony again.
The question is why is it that this mom doesn't remember a text from the same morning after she already told the detectives. She is a liar..I know she is going through stuff but she is lying and omitting is lying too. She did not want to admit that she is being told to say certain things and omit certain things.

I am shocked how little emotion we see from the mom. My aunt lost her daughter at 7 years old and she still cried in her 80s.i know each person is different but holding that car seat should have brought her to serious tears. She doesnt even seem angry. Maybe she has hit despair and is numb??

I would probably be way more upset myself and its certainly ok with me weather she acts how I think she should or not but telling someone they shouldn't have that opinion is the same as being upset that she is not more upset isn't it? I hope that makes sense
