Hello all, We hope you enjoy this episode. You may notice we have not included the locations and what3words this week. We are trying to be more conscientious of the impact we are having on some of the locations we visit, particularly the small rural ones we love the most. Sorry if this is disappointing for you, we are just trying to do the right thing, and are still mulling this decision over. If you would like to understand how we came to this decision feel free to give this podcast a listen: open.spotify.com/episode/7qBL1p9pp47I2P6ZATACuo?si=28355f0ed45b49f1 Thank you all for watching, we have been so blown away by the support we have from this wonderful community.
I agree, let's keep the remote locations remote, very conscientious decision. Pity about the done, set up a patreon page fund and let's get started with funding a third drone ! And this time get insurance ie, no return from flight, DJI offer it.

Love your videos Isabel and Tom, i,m even being educated about my own country Ireland, very informative, Isabel you have taught me more about stone circles, forts and monks moving to the mainland, fantastic, hope you will not leave Ireland any time soon. Colm
Hi Colm, so glad you are taking something from our videos. We have learnt so many amazing things while traveling through Ireland and are very excited to share it.
Just watched your latest episode. Brilliant as usual. It has become part of our Sunday evening essential viewing . Unbelievable bad luck about your drones. Looking forward to next week's adventure
amazing, that is so nice to hear! yeah the drone was a real pain, but we got over it in the end, nothing a bit of rugby and guinness couldnt sort out, haha.
Sorry to hear about the drone. We trashed one by taking off and hitting branch panicked and went wrong way. Drone fell on rocks. We have dji refresh so didn’t cost full money. Feel like lost mojo on it now as constantly worrying about it.
We now have DJI refresh! lesson learnt! yeah i feel im going to be super cautious from now, but need to make myself take a few risks to get the best shots, just a little scared
Jaysus. Poor drone. In fairness she went out with a banger of a shot. Looked the epic finale of movie. Can’t get a bad shot in that part of the country. Beara next and then my home county with 1100 Kms of coastline. Best of luck guys.
Fair play guys yet again! It won't be long before you will have the equivalent of the whole of Croke Park roaring youse along on your journey in the little van only suited for two. And thousands behind you.
We have been absolutely blown away by the number of people following us on our little journey plodding down the coast. I love the thought of the digital Croke Park crowd cheering us on!
Well done to think about this. Especially important in relatively more pristine places like Beara, Sheep's Head and Mizen peninsulas. When the individual traveller, driven by curiosity, finds somewhere nice, that's a pleasure for the locals. When mass tourism hits, it can alter the nature of the place and try the patience of the local people who have to do the cleaning up after the less responsible visitors.
I think coming from Cornwall we have seen what "over tourism" can do to places that do not have the infrastructure to deal with it. It can be very hard to find the balance, but i think respect for the local people and places is key, treat it like your own home.
Well done guys on another great episode. Sorry to see about the loss of the new drone. Hopefully the next one will last longer. The drone shots are amazing, so well done to persevere with it. Thank you.
@@LostInTransit Great video, didn't you take the cover with DJI, they do cover flyaways I believe? I practiced and crashed a couple of times with a cheap drone, then bought a mini 2 and had it a year before I managed to crash it, but it still flies even though it is now glued up everywhere!
Hello Isabel and Tom 👋 another great vlog, beautiful scenery 😊. Sorry you lost another drone 😕. Thank you for sharing the ups and downs of your life and keep it real. Stay warm and positive 🙏
Hello folks, I would just like to thank you for all the pleasure your videos have given me. I loved your Scottish travels as I lived and worked there many years and remembered so much. Also worked in Ireland and have many fond memories of there. A place I think you would love is the Shetland Isles where i worked for several months many years ago. Beautiful beaches and stunning coastal scenery and pretty quiet. Also pretty windy!! One last comment - you are a lovely couple and as I am sure many others have commented Isabel has the most beautiful eyes!
Hello Andrew! Thank you so much for letting us know all these fab encouraging things! so delighted to hear you get some pleasure from the vids and yes agreed I think we would like the shetland isles too! They sound right up our street!
Hi Michael, thank you haha love that!! yes the final shots were pretty cool to be fair!! thank you this is so kind of you to offer. I can see you already supported us on our buy me a coffee page. Thank you ever so much!
I am so glad i have the auto save to my phone, some small condolence of the lost drone. We did actually start a "buy me a coffee" page and the drone has already been paid for from it! we have been really blown away by the support
really enjoyed this weeks episode Tom and Iz pity about the drone ive smashed quite a few over the years ..to be honest you both have great video skills and Tom your editing is great so i think you could get away with no drone shots for abit although the drone shots can be epic ,,,,, love the balloon for the water in the van idea so cheap yet does the job
Thank you so much Karl, this is really nice to hear, especially considering the weather at the min, I think the next few videos could be lacking a few drone shots. Hopefully it will calm down again soon and we can start flying again.
Lovely scenic video, made me want to visit that area of Ireland very much. Gutted about your drone ... what can I say😳 😓. Lets hope the next one makes up for it and lasts for years 😉
Excellent vid guys. If you keep losing drones it's going to affect your Guinness fund but there is always a silver lining you are keeping me in a job just as long as you have purchased it from the same place.
Guinness stocks must drop a few points each time we crash a drone, haha. We did get the new one from the same spot, so thank you again for your effort in keeping us going
Hi there you two. Thank you again for a great vlog. I'm so sorry about the drone, that is pretty sh*t luck. I agree with your decision not to include the what3words locations. The beauty of discovering new places in my opinion is simply that, the beauty of discovering new places. Let people do their own "leg work", and keep the disruption to the locals to a minimum. Great filming again and superb editing, it's like an Attenborough documentary and thoroughly absorbing. I'm glad you were safe during these storms. Stay safe.
Aw thanks, we were not sure how people would react to us removing the locations but it has been overwhelmingly positive and i think it is the right decision. It would be a shame that in being so positive about a place we end up destroying what we love about it. So glad you are enjoying the vlogs, give Josie a big hug from us
Hey Marian, ha love it! it was a dramatic scene and cool that Tom could still capture the low res footage of the drone flying off on his phone. Shame we didnt capture its final moments into the sea!!
94 more days! Then off to Ireland! I said it before, but I do so very much love your videos. My grandmother would always say, "Into every life a little rain must fall." Tough break about the drone, but it did give you an awesome view of the coastline on it's final flight. It is too bad you will won't be around when I get there, but you are whetting my appetite for the Emerald Isle in a big way. Stay safe.
heya aww the countdown is on bet youre so excited. we really love hearing you love our vids so keep it coming woo! I like your grandmother's quote, so true. Like you said its final flight was a good shot!! thank you for watching!!
So sorry that you lost your drone that was sad. Thank you so much for your amazing vlog, so brave to go into the sea! I’m enjoying every bit of your travels see you next time.
Hello Mary, the drone was a bummer, and we were pretty grumpy for a while but onwards and upwards (maybe not the best turn of phrase considering how the drone died, haha) see you next time
Sorry for your Drone drama guys....chin up. Kerry is amazing!! Tom, I believe Luke Skywalker's Starfighter met the same faith in that location 😄Others say the Bermuda Triangle actually extends to the Kerry coast!!! 👾👾👾👾👾👾👾 Love the content and enjoying the journey with you guys. Stay safe over the next couple of days with this stormy weather 🌬🌬🌬🌬🌧🌧🌧
Hey Mike! No worries these things do happen and like you said a spot of bad luck! and thank you we did take care in the storms and I hope you did too. Have a great Sunday and new vid comes out later yay!
i never would have expected to find so much freedom and nature here, but wow, ireland has been unbelievable, we have really fallen for it. we have been window shopping for fields and ruins that we would one day love to build a family from
Ireland has been beautiful through your eyes, really enjoying the videos and hope we can get out there one day. The drone scene was a cinematic masterpiece! My heart was in my mouth watching the drone disappear over the sea. Music was tugging at my heart strings! Can't imagine what it must have been like to watch that happen 😢 Hopefully the new drone is better behaved. Keep doing what you do guys, sending love from Turkey xx 💕
I hipe you do get to come over to Ireland it is a very special place. "cinematic masterpiece", you are doing terrible things to my ego, hahaha. It was actually so stressful, it was the drawn out nature, watching my little drone head off on his own as the controller angrily beeped at me. Thanks so much for watching, it means a lot
Another great Vlog. I hope you have survived the storms this week. God damn guys, second drone down 😑 Looked like it got caught in a fast moving jet stream. Always a risk.
Yeah, it was quite something, never seen anything like it. I thin we were a little sheltered at the campsite and then at a certain hight it was just gone! what a bummer, we are over it now though, ohmmmmm
Bummer about the drones. Nice to see you keeping your good mood. I'd consider "care refresh" if you get another DJI drone - for me it worked well and it might even cover a fly away...
Hiya! thank youu yes we have bought DJI care on our new drone :) we did actually have it for the first drone but it had expireed after the year... we will know for next time!! take care and thanks for watching :)
Can't wait for you to see county louth, the smallest county in Ireland, otherwise known as the wee county. If ye need somewhere to do laundry and freshen up, your very welcome to my home. I can even provide a nice warm bed for the night and a few glasses of wine 😉😉. Xxx
Hi Sarah! aw what an amazing offer thank you so much! How generous!! We really would love to see the east coast but not sure if we will have time this trip - if not we have to come back! xx
Hi Guys, Myself and Daughter are followers of you channel and major fans, we are heading down to kerry for the weekend on a getaway I possible we would love to meet you guys for a coffee or if we could bring both of you for lunch it would be amazing if you are still around we both would love to hear from you,, both of you are an inspiration to people to get out and embrace life. Look forward to hearing from you Jonathan and Michaela
Hello Jonathon! I replied to your daughter on instagram, thank you for this, this is ever so sweet and generous of you! we actually have left Kerry now so won't be available for a meetup but I hope you have a wonderful weekend away ! take care and thank you again for this super kind offer :)
This vlog is still in Kerry! what a crazy county, it really has so much to offer! We were in Kerry for about 5 weeks, crazy we just couldnt leave, haha
Looks like you drove past the entrance to the Parknasilla Hotel - I think Oscar Wilde used to take vocations there but I may be mixing him up with Bernard Shaw. The Park Hotel in Kenmare is where John Travolta used to stay when he holidayed in Ireland - I know all useless trivial information. I visited Daniel O’Connell’s House many years ago - seem to recall that it was a glorious summers day but it is all very seasonal in that part of the country. Sneem is a village I have visited on many an occasion- always wanted at least one overnight stay there but never actually got around to it. And the drone! great shots of the beach and surrounding scenery as it disappeared into the twilight zone and then to its watery grave. Looking forward to your next vid.
I do love a bit of trivia, thanks Peter! Im glad that drone managed to get one last glorious shot as it disappeared into the void. Sneem is lovely, i would love to return in better spirits, i fear i may have moped around feeling sorry for myself, haha
@@LostInTransit After watching the unfortunate event I became a supporter of lost in transport via Buy Me a Coffee (under my real name) hope my small donation helps.
Hi Tom and isabel. Your adventures and journeying are to be honest, compulsive-viewing. I have been there and done that in quiet a few countries. I'm in Ireland and was born in Ireland but also possess Australian citizenship. I love the 'quirkiness' of Isabel's presentations and off-cuff interventions on cam. I love 'em. You are doing a wonderful job, both of you and we in Ireland welcome and make you most at home in our 'Green Isle.' I live in Ireland, in the South where you are presently travelling. I'm also a video producer, drone operator and still photographer of many many years. The drama's you've encountered by the loss of not one drone, but two, are simply intolerable. I've also been there many years ago with earlier DJI drones, but now I'm an accomplished pilot and still take ultra-care when I hit the skies with my drones. When you were visiting the beautiful Derrynane area and when your drone went-off on its own after its mishap the previous day, wdid you not engage RTH facility Tom? Anyway, you both are an impressive pair. We all love watching your adventures and will continue to do so regardless of where you are, so please keep editing and posting. I too use FCP X for all my editing Tom. Take care you too, stay safe and be kind to each other and please keep us up to date. When do u depart Ireland and where are you presently? Regards Tom and Isabel. Jim Owers
Hello Jim, thank you this was a real pleasure to read and has given us such a positive encouraging boost!! It's so kind of you to say all those wonderful things, so thank you! And great to hear that you want us to keep making vids whereever we are yay! We aim to and really enjoy making them! We did have the return to home facility but unfortunately nothing we pressed on the controller affected the drones activity so not entirely sure what happened there :/ We have a new one now and are being extra careful and have DJI Care insurance coverage :) We are in West Cork and plan to travel along the copper coast after the WAW. Sad to finish it to be honest!! Take care, have a great Sunday!
Thanks for another great video. Waterville is where I will staying in a a b&b in May. Looks like the area will be good for one of my hobbies, amateur radio. Good for photography too. Sorry you lost another drone ☹️
What a relief! For a moment I thought you'd lost more forks 😨 Fingers crossed that's the last drone that makes a bid for freedom. I'm looking forward to seeing how you coped during the storms that hit the UK (and Ireland, I assume) since this episode was recorded. Hopefully better weather is going to arrive soon. Stay safe and warm out there.
Hey David hahaha thankfully the forks are still intact, still have four haha. Yep third time lucky with the drone and we are being super duper careful, if not too cautious now!! thank youu we were fine for the storms, tucked ourselves inland a bit, I hope you were ok in them too! :)
Thanks Ady, this is probably our grumpiest vlog after drone cras no. 2. Im glad we still managed to make you smile. The scenery never fails to blow our mind
Hey Kelly :) aw thanks for this - we were absolutely fine thank you, tucked ourselves a bit inland and it really wasnt that bad. Hope you managed to stay warm and safe yourself :)
Another fantastic episode guys, loved the tunes, even though it was the last flight of the drone it was pretty epic with that soundtrack, loved every moment 💚💚💚
I've watched several of your videos in recent weeks and have really enjoyed them. Right now, you two are doing exactly the right thing. Seize the hour, for the time will arrive when other things get in the way of you doing something similar - just different things, many good. But looking back, you won't regret this adventure for a heartbeat.
Hey Bob, cheers for this inspiring lovely comment! this gives us the motivation to get out there and keep exploring! thank you ever so much what wonderful words of wisdom!
What awful bad luck, 2 drones in 2 weeks. Had i have crashed one of my drones and it still appeared to work, i would have set distance and height to a maximum of 50 to 100 metres. Done a few flight tests and made sure it was flying correctly. Not nice to lose a drone, hopefully it will not happen again. 🙏😥
If there is a silver lining then it is that the views from the broken drone were spectacular. There is nothing you could have done about it this time. Chin up, community will help you replace it if need be. Another good video!
I grew a beard last autumn for the first time. It has 4 major advantages. 1. It keeps your face warm. 2. It's extremely low maintenance (I'm not a trendy hipster) 3. The missus hates it and 4. It is an excellent long term food storage area. All in All, a win win win win situation. P.S Should you really be giving Isabel caffeine?
Guys, this was really bad luck, and the second one in a row. I suggest that you upload the flight logs to the Mavic Pilots website, they will get to the bottom of it. If they find it's an issue with the drone, you'll have a strong case for a free replacement. Great video again, besides this disaster 👍
We are loving your journey here in Oz. Its on our bucket list now. Bummer about the drone. Get the care refresh Tom. Its worth it for peace of mind. Stay safe.
I began watching as you arrived in Ireland , I’d be one of your more senior fan’s but just love the fearlessness and vibrancy and of course the live music . Not keen on the English ruby aspect but I can forgive that .
Hello Peter, we love that you're watching along!! haha Tom is a big ruggers fan but we are so pleased you enjoy the other aspects of the vids!! so cool you've been following since we arrived here! we love it here!
I first (and last) saw the ‘Ship house’ you pointed out in this video way back in the late 1950s when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I had begun to think it was a figment of my imagination so it was a great surprise to see it again. My memory surpasses my imagination, which is good and bad, lol.
Nice to see my home through your eyes, Unfortunately after we retired too expensive to live there, I miss it terribly. Enjoy a tip for you use lidl and Aldi everywhere else too expensive. If on a budget. 🙏
Hey Patti :) thank you ! we do use lidl every time we get the chance, also we have noticed the groceries are def more expensive in Ireland than in the UK . Sorry you had to leave the area, I hope you can go back to visit. take care and thank you for watching :)
@@LostInTransit thank you, and yes I hope to be able to travel " home" in the future, last time I was there I drove around crying looking at how beautiful my home is, ( Kinsale) glorious place even in winter. 🌹
Great video and very hard luck re the second drone, it was a dramatic exit. Kerry is very impressive with its ancient landscape and ruins - I was relieved there were no underground chambers this week! Hope you are weathering the current storms safely and in reasonable comfort. Looking forward to the next edition.
Yeah, i think the way the drone died was part of why i found it so hard to deal with. It was so stressful just watching it disappear into the distance as it beeps at me for low battery. Yeah no chambers this week, i think they will all be flooded now after these rains, so you may be safe from anymore subterranean adventures
What I really like is the slow pace of your journey. So often people have but a few days to explore. If this is the beginning of a world trip we can look forward to 70 years of weekly vlogs 😀🤪. PS. Save some €€'s by avoiding Centra.. you're paying extra for "convenience". Stock up in the larger supermarkets when you hit the bigger towns.
Haha, love the idea of around the world in 70 years! Would be a good alternative channel name. Yeah we do tend to stock up but with our slow pace we do often run out of supplies quite far out from civilisation (a 2 and 1/2 hour round trip to lidl) so just popped in to tide us over till a bigger super market, it was crazy expensive though.
There was something quite almost heroic about the "last flight of Drone 2"... What a way to go! Derrynane is a gem. We've vanned down there ourselves recently. Fabulous place. More to come. Beara is magnificent. Enjoy it. Safe travels.
Hello Greg, haha like your take on the last flight of drone 2.. someone else said the drone wanted to be free like us and i quite like that ha! the final shots were pretty cool! Aw awesome sounds like you've had a fab time exploring around here too. we do love Beara, cant wait to release our next vid today about the start of our Beara explorations! take care and happy campin!!
Hi, loving all your content!... pity about the drone though!... i know its annoying but it could always be worse!!... im in donegal and it was nice to see your take on our "forgotten county".... enjoy the rest of trip and looking forward to more vids!
We have indeed been to Donegal, we would have loved to make it out to some of the islands. to be honest back then we had never intended on staying so long. We were kind of planning a week/county but we have just been getting slower and slower, hahaha. We would love to get back up there, and also out to more of the islands
I’m enjoying your videos guys. Loosing a drone is a real kick in the teeth I know it happened to me. Can I just say I noticed it was a mini drone they are not good in wind. If you can stretch the budget to get the DJI air 2 you will find it’s 10 times better in windy conditions. And down load the uva focast it free and gives you a good indication on weather to fly or not. Enjoy bantry where the wife’s from. We live in Boston ma I’m a brummie lad and love going to Ireland Blair’s cove is a nice beach and pay a visit to mizen head where your drone would of come in handy. All the best guys safe travels
Hello Kevin! ooh thank you for the top tip re drone. We do have a DJI mini 2 again now and have the care package and are being super careful with it now but we are considering looking into another more hard wearing drone and we appreciate your suggestion. the Uva forecast app sounds very useful too. Noted. Aw Bantry is beautiful! take care and thanks for the help
Hope the Irish fairies are benevolent. The ones in "Johnatan strange" and "the book of dust" were not nice at all. Enjoying your videos, impressed with the cold water swims x
Martin Fleet No they are not benevolent in ireland we are quite wary of them, a road project as recently as 2009 was diverted away from a lone hawthorne tree which is traditionally held to a fairy tree.
Hello, love your videos, was just wondering if you had dji care for any drone, if you were to get another drone from dji definitely invest in dji care. Also wanted to say that if you still have your old drone you could possibly send it away to dji for repair which would be much cheaper than buying a new one. Not 100% sure you can do this unless you have dji care but maybe worth looking into or if you can't you could hopefully find someone to do it along your journey. Hopefully this helps, Good luck
We didnt have care refresh, but we thought it was probably a good idea for the newest one, haha. We do still have the first drone we crashed, i think we will look into getting it fixed but wanted to get a replacement quickly so we didnt have to have a break in the vlogs

In fairness the drone shots you got when it went crazy were brilliant. Any link that we donate to help towards another one. Keep up the amazing work.
Please do this.
Many people might contribute to the cost of the drones. Some people might like you to have a treat too, maybe a meal out?
Thank you David this is incredibly kind of you to say!
Hi Michael, thank you haha love that!! yes the final shots were pretty cool to be fair!! thank you this is so kind of you to offer. I can see you already supported us on our buy me a coffee page. Thank you ever so much!
I love the comfy looking multi use of your bed space set up.
Heya ha thank you so much!! we recommend this set up - more spacious in the day and a nice big sofa space!
Wow that drone didn't die in vain. What shots you got of the area - blown away lol
Hope u raise the funds to help.
I am so glad i have the auto save to my phone, some small condolence of the lost drone. We did actually start a "buy me a coffee" page and the drone has already been paid for from it! we have been really blown away by the support
Great episode guys, I must say I loved the music u paired with the death of the drone.
Safe travels
Hey Niamh, aw thank you ha it was quite dramatic.. glad you enjoyed!! take care :)
really enjoyed this weeks episode Tom and Iz pity about the drone ive smashed quite a few over the years ..to be honest you both have great video skills and Tom your editing is great so i think you could get away with no drone shots for abit although the drone shots can be epic ,,,,, love the balloon for the water in the van idea so cheap yet does the job
Lets hope the next one makes up for it and lasts for years 😉
Well done guys you make our Irish winter look okish
haha, okayish, well with the recent weather im not sure how okayish it will continue to look
Loving the drone drama!
Im glad some good came of it, but if it stops now that would be brilliant
Sorry to see the drone crashed, but the video on it's final flight was epic!
Hey Mike, thank you, these things happen and like you said it was cool that we managed to catch some footage from its final moments!
You are welcome
Bad luck with the drone bless ye it's like ye lost a pet dam trees 🌳 😳 😀.
Yeah it was so annoying, such a piddly little tree overhanging the bench, so annoying
So glad you are enjoying the vlogs, give Josie a big hug from us
@@LostInTransit Hug administered. :-)
I know that it’s really sad that you lost another drone, but my goodness, what amazing final views!!
A fantastic attitude to life guys and another great blog and as always the music is top class keep up the good work
Cheers Donie, so glad you enjoyed it
So sorry that you lost your drone that was sad. Thank you so much for your amazing vlog, so brave to go into the sea! I’m enjoying every bit of your travels see you next time.
Hello Mary, the drone was a bummer, and we were pretty grumpy for a while but onwards and upwards (maybe not the best turn of phrase considering how the drone died, haha)
see you next time
RIP drone no. 2 :( - We'll still watch along happily without any drone footage though!!
Thanks Kieran, this is lucky because the wind is crazy at the min, not sure how much drone footage we will be getting in the next few videos.
Sorry about the drone, but the scenery your both are showing is pretty special, stay safe
Yeah it is incredible, we had no idea that it was going to be like this, we are just blown away week after week
Sorry for your Drone drama guys....chin up. Kerry is amazing!!
Tom, I believe Luke Skywalker's Starfighter met the same faith in that location 😄Others say the Bermuda Triangle actually extends to the Kerry coast!!! 👾👾👾👾👾👾👾
Love the content and enjoying the journey with you guys. Stay safe over the next couple of days with this stormy weather
🌬🌬🌬🌬🌧🌧🌧
hahaha, if its good enough for Luke Skywalker it is good enough for me. The weather has been crazy, it has been one huge storm after the other!
Sorry to hear about you losing another drone…..really bad luck! Hope you guys safe after storms Eunice and Franklin. A torrid few days!!
Hey Mike! No worries these things do happen and like you said a spot of bad luck! and thank you we did take care in the storms and I hope you did too. Have a great Sunday and new vid comes out later yay!
Love your videos so free and with nature and what better place than Ireland 🇮🇪
i never would have expected to find so much freedom and nature here, but wow, ireland has been unbelievable, we have really fallen for it. we have been window shopping for fields and ruins that we would one day love to build a family from
Thanks again Tom and Is...I smile my way through each of your episodes. 💚
Hey Fergal aww what an amazing comment! thank you and delighted to hear we can make you smile!!
We really would love to see the east coast but not sure if we will have time this trip - if not we have to come back! xx
Sorry to hear about the drone and love the episode and great place and you show it all so well. Stay safe..
Thank you Michael - glad you enjoyed this one! take care :)
Continued compulsive viewing .

Hello Tommie! Thank you thank you for this yaay!!! So great to hear!!
Tom's a lucky boy, she's gorgeous and loves van life! Hold on to this one, she's a keeper!
haha Hey Andrew this made me laugh.. thank youu !!
Hello Jonathon! I replied to your daughter on instagram, thank you for this, this is ever so sweet and generous of you! we actually have left Kerry now so won't be available for a meetup but I hope you have a wonderful weekend away ! take care and thank you again for this super kind offer :)
Wow , what a beautiful place to visit ❤️
Honestly, ireland has blown us away. It is continuous as well, we are yet to pass through a part we didnt like!
Great video! Wow, crazy to watch your drone drifting off and away. Sorry dudes
Beautiful scenery never went that far always stayed in Kerry , but I will this April
This vlog is still in Kerry! what a crazy county, it really has so much to offer! We were in Kerry for about 5 weeks, crazy we just couldnt leave, haha
@@LostInTransit we where the same I think we’ve been going now for 20 odd years
Looks like you drove past the entrance to the Parknasilla Hotel - I think Oscar Wilde used to take vocations there but I may be mixing him up with Bernard Shaw.
The beaches on the West coast are stunning, water's a tad chilly this time of year mind 🙈 Ogham is pronounced (O mmm) 👍 hope the drone is ok 🙈🙈
Ah bummer second incident happened just after I posted. 🙈
Haha, real time drone updates, love it. Thanks for the pronunciation tips, that really useful.
Thanks for another great video. Waterville is where I will staying in a a b&b in May. Looks like the area will be good for one of my hobbies, amateur radio. Good for photography too.
Sorry you lost another drone ☹️
There is SO much to see in this area, this weeks vlog and last weeks are all within a very short drive! you will have a brilliant time im sure
gutting about the drone. 😕
Sneem looked great place to visit. 😎
can't wait for next episode. 💯
Thanks XP, sneem is lovely, such a picturesque village. The drone is a bummer, but we have bounced back! bring on next week!
So sorry that your drone broke again , it was our of your control . Thank you for sharing your amazing travels ❤️
Hey Hugh - aw thanks man, no worries it happens doesnt it. Thank you so much for watching our travels!!! we feel so grateful!
We're enjoying your videos guys! Good editing and great content! Keep them coming! 👍👍👍😊
Thanks David, so pleased you're enjoying them.
Really enjoyed the vlog, hopefully it's 3rd time lucky with the drone
🤞
Hi both, another great Vlog, beautiful scenery for sure, you too really do make me smile, as you are always smiling. See you soon.
Thanks Ady, this is probably our grumpiest vlog after drone cras no. 2. Im glad we still managed to make you smile. The scenery never fails to blow our mind
@@LostInTransit I didn’t want to mention the drone , Tom looked well sad. Much love
Seem is lovely great to see the Christmas tree still up on the 11 February looks like you had coffee in the same cafe as us last weekend
Haha, its always Christmas in Sneem
The Druids have your drones :)
Didn’t even think of you all on the west during the storm this past weekend! Hope you were okay? I’m sure there will be footage to come!!
Hey Kelly :) aw thanks for this - we were absolutely fine thank you, tucked ourselves a bit inland and it really wasnt that bad. Hope you managed to stay warm and safe yourself :)
Great video again. Just fyi, ogham stones are pronounced like dome except without the d at the start.
Hi James - thank youu thats helpful - we know for next time!!
Congrats on the 18k subs!
Cheer Ross, we are really pleased
Well done guys for showing the beautiful coast of Ireland. Hard luck in the drones
Cheers Seamus - take care :)
What a beautiful beach ⛱️ it would be so quiet there absolute bliss ❤️
It was so lovely there, so quiet and the water was beautifully clear
What awful bad luck, 2 drones in 2 weeks. Had i have crashed one of my drones and it still appeared to work, i would have set distance and height to a maximum of 50 to 100 metres. Done a few flight tests and made sure it was flying correctly. Not nice to lose a drone, hopefully it will not happen again. 🙏😥
Hi Glen, thank youu, yeah good tip!! ah well, we live and learn! take care and thank you for watching!
Hello Tom and Isabell. Had you thought about a cheapish drone for difficult places.
Hmmm, this might be something worth considering, i will look into it
Nice to see you got to Ballinskelligs and Sneem. And had a ball in Kenmare. Enjoy'n u'r vids from a wet and stormy Athlone.
Hey Aidan, lovely to hear you're enjoying the vids, thank you!!
If there is a silver lining then it is that the views from the broken drone were spectacular. There is nothing you could have done about it this time. Chin up, community will help you replace it if need be. Another good video!
hey aw thank you for this! like you said accidents happen!
Hahaha, i will do my best to squeeze one out, sounds perfect... and no! i should not!
Drone replacement #3, Google Maps satellite view, just kidding, you two can't get a break with drones. Safe travels.
haha cheers Ernest - 3rd time lucky ey - take care
Great vlog again! Bad drone luck 🙈 name the next drone, it might be luckier 🍀
🤞look forward to your next vlog 😁👌
Thanks Rob. Will give the drone a name this time, our luck can't get any worse, haha.
So much exploring! I love Ogham stones ( oh-ham btw )
Guys, this was really bad luck, and the second one in a row. I suggest that you upload the flight logs to the Mavic Pilots website, they will get to the bottom of it. If they find it's an issue with the drone, you'll have a strong case for a free replacement. Great video again, besides this disaster 👍
Great guys ...call in at Tom Creans Granddaughter pub ..in Kenmare...Ailseen...
Oh no we have over shot now unfortunately, will have to add it to our "next time" list
We are loving your journey here in Oz. Its on our bucket list now. Bummer about the drone. Get the care refresh Tom. Its worth it for peace of mind. Stay safe.
We have now invested in care refresh! learnt my lesson after the last two drones
I began watching as you arrived in Ireland , I’d be one of your more senior fan’s but just love the fearlessness and vibrancy and of course the live music . Not keen on the English ruby aspect but I can forgive that .
Rugby scratch ruby
Hello Peter, we love that you're watching along!! haha Tom is a big ruggers fan but we are so pleased you enjoy the other aspects of the vids!! so cool you've been following since we arrived here! we love it here!
I first (and last) saw the ‘Ship house’ you pointed out in this video way back in the late 1950s when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I had begun to think it was a figment of my imagination so it was a great surprise to see it again. My memory surpasses my imagination, which is good and bad, lol.
haha thats so cool you had some nostalgia seeing the ship house! its a funky building and def a bit surreal!
Nice to see my home through your eyes,
Unfortunately after we retired too expensive to live there, I miss it terribly.
Looing forward to your trip around the stunning Beara Peninsula 👍
hey Alan! Thank youu yay new vid coming out tomorrow where we start exploring Beara - love it !
Wow didn't know drones could go rogue!! Crazy
haha me neither! D'oh!!
Yup it's another great vlog guys, great soundtrack, great cinematography. Keep em coming and of course Up the Kingdom 💪😄
Hey Brian, cheers for this lovely positive message!! so uplifting to read!!
Really loving the videos and your adventures pity about the blinking drone 😡😡. Keep moving forward enjoy the trip 😀😀
Hi Stephen! Thank youu we really love to hear you are enjoying the adventures!! yep onwards and upwards!! Take care :)
Hi, loving all your content!... pity about the drone though!... i know its annoying but it could always be worse!!... im in donegal and it was nice to see your take on our "forgotten county".... enjoy the rest of trip and looking forward to more vids!
I thought they’d visited Donegal earlier…I was disappointed that they didn’t make it to Arranmore…one of my favourite places in Donegal ☘️
@@marianlenehan9618 yea they did!..ive lived here all my life and ive only been on Aranmore once...and ive never been on Tory
We have indeed been to Donegal, we would have loved to make it out to some of the islands. to be honest back then we had never intended on staying so long. We were kind of planning a week/county but we have just been getting slower and slower, hahaha. We would love to get back up there, and also out to more of the islands
Look forward to your adventures, inspiring me to hit the road soon 👏
Hello Katherine, woohoo so glad you are inspired! hope you can hit the road soon!
Hi Guys, love your videos. Great to escape from the daily grind with you.
HI Nigel, thank you so happy to have you come along and escape with us!!
I think if you treat them well they will do the same to you, or at least ignore you. Wouldn't want to end up on their bad side
