150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed （消化饼干碎）
60g/ 1/4 cup melted butter （溶化牛油）
500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
120g caster sugar （细砂糖）
3 large eggs （鸡蛋)
1 grated lemon zest （柠檬皮屑）
2 tbsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
150g whipping cream （动物性鲜奶油）
250g sour cream （酸奶油）
1 tbsp caster sugar （细砂糖）

Can i put a low.metal plate instead of another round baking tin below the 8"removable tin?Jus to be sure water will not seep into the base of 8" removable tin?
