Ingredients材料:
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed (消化饼干碎)
60g/ 1/4 cup melted butter (溶化牛油)
500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
120g caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 large eggs (鸡蛋)
1 grated lemon zest (柠檬皮屑)
2 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
150g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
250g sour cream (酸奶油)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)

Can i put a low.metal plate instead of another round baking tin below the 8"removable tin?Jus to be sure water will not seep into the base of 8" removable tin?
