"Oreo" Cheesecake

This is my favorite kind of cheesecake to make. It uses my regular cheesecake base, you just change the crust and add in the Oreos. In this video I made the half recipe, but the recipe below is for the whole cheesecake, so keep in mind that the amounts in the video and what is below are different.
Cheesecake Base:
32 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Milk
4 Eggs
1 c Sour Cream
1 T Vanilla
1/4 c Flour
3/4 c Oreo Crumbs
Crust:
1 1/2 c Oreo Crumbs
1/4 c Melted Butter

I have stopped using my scraping beater on my mixer because not only does it not work very well, it throws things around and makes a mess! This cheesecake looks divine..thanks for sharing !!

@@bakingwithryan331 By the way..I love you for saying you are using store brand oreos! I use "oreo" crumbs for various recipes and my husband is always on my case trying to convince me that he can tell the difference! I am perfectly fine with whatever brand i find!
