I encourage you to try a Sire H7 - or a P90 equipped H7V. I recently picked up a pre-owned mint condition H7V. They are around £600 new without case. Mine cost £450, inc decent hard case!. It's not trying to be a genuine 335 (and I've owned a few over the years) but they play great and sound like a quality semi acoustic. Stable neck, set up nicely and awesome value. And I'm not going to be worried if it gets a few dings and knocks at gigs. OK, Larry will be taking a percentage cut on sales, but why shouldn't he?
@@bstelio100 Compared to the ES-335, it has clearly less harmonics (overtones) in the sound. The sound is like the body to be made of plastic. To be honest, Japanese vintages such as Tokai sound much closer to 335.
