The only one I have from Ghost is their classic Cereal Milk. Do you think Cinnabon is the one to go for next (over Cinnamon Cereal Milk and Peanut Butter Cereal Milk)? Also - do you think it can be versatile like Cereal Milk to not only have as a protein shake but to also add to oatmeal for breakfast and to Greek yoghurt for added protein? That’s how I currently use my cereal milk flavour which seems to versatile and work with most things like oatmeal and yogurt etc
Hey there! For one, thank you so much for your awesome, and questions! I have found this, pretend to be pretty versatile, honestly! When it comes to the actual milk that you use to mix, the swift, I have found that choboni vanilla oat milk truly works the best! It unlocks a flavor profile from this specific protein that is unmatched! I have mixed this with oatmeal and Greek yogurt, and it is fantastic as well! It’s also one that can definitely be used when baking! Anything that cinnamon is a welcomed flavor, adding a scoop of this, will not only put more flavor, but also proteins into the recipe so I would highly recommend it for sure! I am so glad that you have found a lot of different uses for the cereal milk flavor! I feel like that one is very overlooked and underrated! Make sure that you’re using a code when you buy more on your next restock! Just making sure you’re saving that 20%! It's gross to use water for protein shakes?? LOL nawww man, if a protein powder is quality, it'll taste fire with water. I'm definitely excited for this one though. And, I'll give it a whirl with that vanilla almond milk too just to see the difference, but I'm sure it'll be fire either way.

I guess I think of it like cereal anymore lol in the sense that I would t dare put water in cereal so I don’t in my protein either😂🤷🏽♂️ I’ve legitimately never used water inna shake! Ryse and Ghost are pretty much some of the best options for minimal aftertaste. Been my absolute favorites. My favorite NOT regarding taste is Gold Standard protein. Great but its got that classic after taste and doesnt taste THAT great compared to alot newer proteins Panda supps has some good flavors but whey aftertaste
Its called cinnabon but you say it "cinnabun" never in my life have ever heard this and i have had them from this company all over the usa and other countries smh. Please say learn to say Cinnabon correctly, was looking for a review on these products and for people like me, not saying things correctly is a quick way for someone to click away from the video because not only are you saying it wrong but emphasizing hard the ending, bon, and it's irritating like your spitting in someone's face when you're saying it smh
