First of all, Merry Christmas everyone! It's about a day late, but here's my Christmas special video. I made extra effort to extend this absolutely beautiful and emotionally heavy song. It doesn't compare to the original, but I tried my best to put my feelings into this performance. And if I was to choose a single piano video to have the original episode in it, it's AnoHana. UA-cam can try to take this down, and I'll just upload it to a different site.
With that said, I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed playing it.

Nico Neko my highschool graduation is almost here...and I can't imagine separating with my friends and classmates because we are all close and 5 and 6 grade (the one I'm in now) was the best years I've ever had in school....... I actually was crying and my dad walked in on the part when they were saying goodbye to menma and he started to cry as well. My dad who never seen the show just started crying. I ask him later as to why he cried, and he said it doesnt matter what or how much you see in a show if the music is good one can either find happiness or sadness.

Some of the piano pieces you play, don't appear in your sheet music, I might be missing something but, Why is that?
I think for some he didn't write sheets and just improvised/played from memory (although he can probably do that for most of his songs too) since sometimes sheet music takes longer than actually learning to play the song.

I am not a person that cries often to anime or movies, I mean I can get emotional but I rarely shed a tear. I watched this from 1am to 5:30 am. This anime is great because it's not too long, not too short, all characters has a strong development, even the dad or menma's familly, some scenes are legendary (like the one when Jintan rescued his friend getting bullied at school).
Not gonna lie, the first time I watched this was at school on one of the school-provided computers. I had to force myself not to cry. This song brings everything flooding back to me and all the feelings I felt while watching this show. I love it. Thank you so much, theishter. Your songs are always so beautiful and I can’t stop watching.
