- Having your work or ideas copied is very frustrating. When this happens (it will), you will find yourself feeling surprised, hurt, betrayed, even embarrassed and upset with yourself. Whether it's your original creative works or an idea stolen by a coworker, having this happen can derail a woman emotionally for days or weeks. This has happened to me a number of times and that glib saying "Well, you must be worth copying" never makes me feel better.
Since YOU would never copycat someone, when this happens the surprise and feelings of betrayal can be devastating. In this week's Monday Morning Mastermind episode, I share about how copycats have hurt me in the past and what I do when it happens today.

I recently experienced an acquaintance copying some of my ideas and it made me so mad. I am still trying to decide how to deal with this.
Someone has been copying my art online for months now, and every time I try to speak out about it they send their audience to attack me. They've lied about me harassing them, stalking them, threatening and blackmailing them, etc., when I haven't done any of those things. It's been an absolute nightmare for me and I feel so lost.
Remember that integrity, authentic creativity and dedication can never be copied. And start putting watermarks on your art. ❤

I have deleted my entire social media presence because of this. I have decided to be a carer and do art for my own wellbeing and not for profit. Good luck out there everyone. Idea stealers are everywhere.

Some famous guy copied all main ideas of my book and has created online courses out of it. I’ve been devastated for months…
Why? Audit his funnel and lead sources and software used then reverse engineer!

I've been writing a Love Story for almost Ten years!! Stop, write, stop ,life gets busy etc. I noticed several pages of my love story missing! Someone from my day job ask if I was going to my night job. I said yes.. I took my paperwork to reread. I was paroling and didn't until I got home. I told someone 2 weeks ago I see a light in the tunnel! I'm almost finished my first story!! I still have it on file. But the papers I printed. Someone has it. Thanks for the advice. He probably still not only my story and my perfect analysis of my situation but also other patients stories as well he also stole my idea of starting your science of course he won't make it because he doesn't even have a title in science but he's trying to steal the concept of using Neuroscience for this he even stole my dream of studying with Gabor Maté which he can do because of all the money he scams from desperate people.
