    🥣材料:300克五花肉,300克酸菜,干辣椒,红葱头,蒜片,姜片,1勺料酒,2颗八角,3根香叶,8颗冰糖,3勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,500毫升清水
    ✅做法:
    1.五花肉洗净切块,酸菜多洗几遍切丁备用
    2.锅中入适量油,放入葱红葱头蒜干辣椒炒香,再放入酸菜炒掉水分取出备用
    3.锅中不放油,放入切好的五花肉,炒至出油,再放入两颗八角,三片香叶,三片姜,八颗冰糖,三勺生抽,半勺老抽,一勺料酒,一勺蚝油
    4.加500毫升清水翻炒均匀盖盖煮开后,中小火再煮十分钟放入酸菜翻炒几下再煮十分钟,汤汁少许时即可出锅开吃啦❤️

    ✅How to:
    1. Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces, wash the sour mustard several times and cut into cubes for later use
    2. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the shallots, shallots, garlic, dried peppers and fry until fragrant, then add the sour mustard and fry the water off and take it out for later use
    3. Without oil in the pot, add the cut pork belly, fry until the oil comes out, then add two star anises, three bay leaves, three slices of ginger, eight rock sugar, three spoons of light soy sauce, and half a spoon of dark soy sauce. One spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of oyster sauce
    4. Add 500ml of water, stir evenly, cover and boil, cook for ten minutes on medium and low heat, add sour mustard, stir fry for a few times, and cook for ten minutes. When the soup is a little bit, you can eat it out of the pot ❤️
