I have the G840S with a different type of connector for power a mini usb not one of the ones they show on the website is the firmware updatable.
Trying to update my firmware and mirror doesn't recognize card once i try to plug it back into the mirror. I followed the directions and tried multiple times but it still doesn't recognize the card. Any suggestions???
Hi I updated the firmware on the G890 and the rear view camera looks horrible. Everything was perfect before the update. Is there anything I can do?

Hi guys, is there a firmware update that can fix the playback rotation problem im having with my G930? I have two of them and both G930's are properly showing the rotation of the camera while recording, but the playback comes out upside down on both the G930 and on the Wolfbox windows software I can see the rear dashcam video upside down and the Wolfbox information on the bottom of the video correctly positioned. I tested both the original cameras that came with my Wolfbox G930 dashcams and 1 WDR camera i purchased separately. I can confirm that both of these units replay my rear dashcam footage upside down even though i have the camera on the G930 rotated 180 degrees. I can share a video of the issue on my channel for you guys to see. Maybe a firmware update can fix that? If i put the camera physically upside down then it shows the footage correctly on the dashcam but then the thumbnail looks upside down before playback. Not sure why its doing that. Any help would be appreciated. I have sent an email as well under my personal account.

the g850 comes as a .bin file and i cannot open it
I have I07 and I can't update ,too no file on the website to download
I got the WOLFBOX G840S 12" 4K Mirror Dash Cam last year September but I can't update it

Hey amigo. I just received the G840s and I’m having problems with the park mode setting. How do you turn it on? When I turn off my car the dash cam stays on the whole time. I thought it would turn off when the car turns off but still record??
@@Demontube666 I have the same problem, I have to manually turn it off with the button. I was hoping getting the update would fix this.
@@AndrewGray-natreve I figured it out Andy. Contacted Wolfbox directly (great customer service btw) they send me a courtesy Parking Mode Hardwire set which fixes this issue. Now I have an option on my dashcam settings for parking mode to turn on to 12h or 24h. Only issue is the firmware is out of date so you have to take off the SD card n update to the latest firmware on a PC n then put it back in
@@Demontube666 what is the most recent version? I have the same dashcam model. But my park mode only records maybe 1:30hr in the timelapse mode, with the 24hrs option selected. is that normal?

Ffs is it 2002?? Make these with WIfi and connect occasionally to WiFi to run updates
