One horse has 14.9 horse power so it would take 100.7 horses to match 1500 hp 🤓
@@ex-lil7574 The irony being that one horse produces 15 horsepower, so it's actually 1000 times stronger than one horse. Also multiplication includes the original, so the math was correct with the exception that 1hp is not equal to 1 horses power.

I was watching a portion of this video (about 10 minutes) while charging my EV at a fast charger.
As soon as I pulled away from the charger, I was being followed by a full work-spec red F150. Single cab, long bed. I wonder if it had 1500hp.

So, apparently a 1.2L I5 that can rev to 11K rpm sounds really really good when exported. It makes only 200Hp with turbos, but 🤷 it does sound good.
The only issue is Aerodynamics. This truck is slow because it has more sharp edges than a thorn bush.
My drag truck would say otherwise

Fun fact the hoonicorn mustang is a non intercooled twin turbo 6.75L V8 running 1400HP* (until they lose). I'm pretty sure it's the same power train in the RTR mustang which is capable of over 2000hp buts it has a safe upper limit of around 1800-1900hp

When making cars for beam in automation I find that matching the horsepower rating of the inter cooler to the horsepower of the engine because it does actually affect how the engine overheats in beam and in my testing I’ve found that it’s usually a good compromise between sacrificing horsepower and increasing the ability for the engine to run longer before overheating
So the reason your F-150 work truck felt faster in sport mode is because the sport mode for the Ford TT V6 allows the truck to make the full 30 pounds of boost through them dang ol turbros

The F150 Ecoboost doesn't make 30psi of boost 🤣. 15-20 at the most. Mine makes more power at 15 than it did at 20 though.
However, sport mode uses a different throttle map and shift points, which makes it feel faster. There's no change to the HP produced, just how you feel it.

I personally have a 94 ram 2500 ling bed, with the 5.2 litre magnum v8 making 300hp stock. Thing is a beast and I've broken tires loose a few times. Plan on building the engine out with high injectors and fuel system with a new tune profile
the thing about removing your intercooler is that while you make the air a little hotter, you have 0 resistance for flowing air, instead of trying to go through the intercooler.
On the subject of horsepower, 250 is perfectly fine for driving around with a 5-speed auto in my Charger, a bit more might be nice for showing off.
180 is ok in my old minivan, that thing could keep up with any half-ton in first gear, but the second it shifted you felt it just drop.
What engine do you have? The 2.7? V6 or 3.5? V6

In 84&85 grand nationals were hot air, the didn't put intercoolers on in an attempt to cut down on lag same reason why they were only sold in automatics

Ken block's hoonicorn has 1400hp with no intercooler. Thats because of the fuel he run in it.
A 10.1l or 600 c.i doesn't need rpm to make hp and also. Most drag race applications don't run intercoolers bc they run on methonal which cooler than ethanol and pump gas

It is based on the current Ford Mustang. It has steel body, steel ladder chassis, solid axle suspension up front and rear, (or the cheapest possible) and longitudinal front wheel drive. It has minus 15 quality on everything, the lowest quality to reduce costs. is powered by a 4.2L V8 pushrod flatplane crank engine instead of crossplane due to cost and simplicity. You can adjust the compression ratio, cam profile, springs and lifters, fuel mixture, and rpm limit to whatever you like, cheapness is everything, because it is the poor man's supercar killer. Everything in the engine is made of cast iron, for cheapness. It has a bore of 3.197 inches and a stroke of 4.019 inches, as well as a cast log exhaust headers with unequal length (if possible), so it has a crossplane rumble while being flatplane. It also has single barrel eco carburetor or single barrel, (whatever's cheaper). It has single air intake race intake, because it's cheaper. And it will have longitudinal fwd, just for reminder. The engine has no catalytic converter and no first and second muffler, to increase engine sound and reduce costs. It will have a manual transmission, with the least gears and closest ratio gear spacing to improve acceleration. It will also have manual rack and pinion steering, or manual recirculating ball steering, whatever's cheaper. It will have no traction control and ABS, and basic interior with 6 seats, if possible. Safety is only seat belts, 2 point lap belts because it's okay. Differential is open differential obviously, because it's the cheapest. Tire size will be 187 mm wide, and the smallest rim size possible, and highest profile possible, to reduce weight and costs. It will have drum brakes on all four wheels, 2LS or SLS, whatever's cheaper, no power assist and mechanically operated (if possible). This car should look somewhat like the Torque Twister. And aiming for a price of $5000-9000. Could you please do this? Thank you so much! I can't afford to buy neither Automation or BeamNG drive, and I don't have a PC either.
