I’ve got some beautiful flowers to work with but I’m feeling so nervous and intimidated about doing my first deep pour. Thank you so much for sharing your fears and doubts, as well as your success! It’s been so reassuring and I’m just super excited to give it a go now. Thank you again 🙏❤️
This is beautiful! I bet you're already planning what else you can dip. There's a youtuber here in the US named Peter Brown. One of his specialties is "what can I dip that hasn't been dipped". His other is Micarta. I absolutely adore your happy attitude and enthusiasm. Best to you & yours!🤩
Great to see you back working with resin even though all your videos are absolutely amazing, loving these pieces would look beautiful with some sort of lighting underneath 💖💖
Thankyoooo Joanne .. yeh I do still love the Resin ... I think lately with limited time, jesmonite has simply been a quicker option. Hopefully I will gain more time back as puppy grows x
I love the 'My Toxic trait' tiktok craze 😂 I buy things and when it arrives I S#!T the bed because im intimidated. Some beautiful Scottish Heather would be lovely in this mold with a tint of purple. I think the Chameleon powder would be amazing with black and maybe a pearlescent one too, or colour shifting Ghost medium 🤔 😀 😍 Have an awesome day Claire. X
🤣🤣🤣 it's such a great trend isn't it 🤣🤣🤣 I think I am good at everything first time and how dare if fail when it does 🤣🤣🤣 Scottish Heather sounds beautiful 😍 I will have to accidently cut some next time I'm there lol
Awesome!!! A couple micro bubbles add to the 'artisinal' aspect. Yes, I'd do maybe some druzy texture at bottom, or something less opaque. Stunning all the same.
I simply adore this! The purple tint is just enough, the plants look vibrant, the solid base layer makes it look more finished and the few bubbles just add a little extra. I might try this with "rainbow" alcohol ink. Not that I have this size of mould but I have a few smaller ones that fits the resin I have.
Thankyou so much Mizz .. its certainly turned out better than I expected 🤣 a Rainbow would be beautiful and its PRIDE month so fantastically perfect 😍❤️😍❤️❤️🤣
@@ClairesCraftyCorner I researched the resin and it said that the max depth the resin could be poured was 75mm (around 3 inches) So I didn't buy it.. but you just poured a WHOLE CRYSTAL bigger than your hand.. The website lied to me 😭😭 I'm so scared now- Should I buy this resin? Should I not? lease help!
Freakin hell that is absolutely stunning!!! Your technique is outstanding the end result is absolutely perfect!! I can’t tell you how much I love this! It’s like you can encapsulate a whole new world in there! Love it! Well done lovely! Xx
It’s gorgeous honey 👍👏👏👏👏👏 You should be very proud 😀😀😀 it’s stunning 😀 will you be venturing into the pressure pot way??? I can see it in the cards 😂😂😂 glad you used the isopropyl method 😀😀 it’s easier than getting soapy water everywhere 😂😂😂 thanks for the shout out 😍 looking forward to more 😀👍🤗
thak you so much hunee xx One comment here says the alcohol ruins moulds :( how do we stop that ? has it ruined your moulds? xxx I doubt will get a pressure pot this year they are soooooo expensive girl lol
@@ClairesCraftyCorner I’ve not had any problems with the alcohol but I do put silicone oil on the moulds to look after them 🤷♀️😀 I will start taking notice 😀😀😀 no one has ever said that to me though 😀😀😀🤷♀️
That is lovely Claire 😍 i have had these molds for months, mine floated and many microbubbles, oh and trying to get it out..the air was blue, thats a great tip with the isopropyl, gonna have another go today x
Heyyyy Jane ahhh definitely thought they would float.. but was so lucky they didn't... I think because they were packed in. The isopropyl worked a dream but someone mentioned here that it ruins the mould ... worth washing the mould immediately after x
Absolutely beautiful Claire, I haven't tried deep pouring, cos yes, like you I am a little intimidated by the whole thing lol. Not sure I will ever dip my toes into the deep pouring resin, but you made it look easy, so I may look at all the possibilities for a few months 😜
Wow ! I'm so pleased for you that it's sold but gutted for me as I definately would of loved this in my home 😄 well done and carnt wait to see what else you create with these molds xx
I knew I was gonna love this one 😍😍 it is absolutely stunning matched the bottom perfectly and yes I’d definitely love to see the black and chameleon pour and oh oh oh an ocean one 😍🥰🥰🥰 love it every second of it 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
I just got these molds. I am considering what to do with them. I like the idea of the chameleon powders, but I think what I'd do is mix a few very lightly in the resin, and use a black alcohol ink, so it's beautifully chameleon, but still translucent.
I'm dying lol at your toxic trait. Guilty as charged over here too! I got pulled in to your channel off the botanical tray you did. Really enjoying your videos and can't wait to see how this one turns out. ;)
@@ClairesCraftyCorner same. I've been sitting on a tray that was a woodsy canvas mixed media piece that I want to turn into a resin tray and I was all gung ho buying supplies but now SO intimidated to start lol. Finished this video, OMG stunning!!! I'm bookmarking your mold link and code want to try this one next.
@@ClairesCraftyCorner going on 2 years of stalling, redesign in my head, but more supplies. You're videos are definitely helping though, putting first layer of resin down this weekend.
Ohmygosh 😍😍 this is stunning. I literally bought vista ocean, a bunch of dried flowers and these moulds when they were released on Amazon and I haven't dared to do it yet. I thought I would have to do more than one layer because I'm never sure how deep is deep pour so I haven't braved it. Looks so good! I don’t understand why people demonize bubbles. They look so cute and natural.
Unpopular opinion, I like the little bubbles in there! Very pretty, I absolutely must try one like this!
Awesome result Claire.
