Hi, what do you think of running Nolvadex instead of Enclomephine to reduce suppression, and which dosage would you recommend? I will be running 20mg of Anavar for 5 weeks.
dude, why even bother with anything? the body can easily normalize after even an 8 week cycle of only Anavar. This was confirmed by actual users, many of them on their youtube channels. Ones that actually did bloodwork for a proper analysis not just talking out their ass. Also, your natural production doesn’t even completely shut off on just Anavar. It does affect it, but it doesn’t completely shut off like when using heavier compounds or injectable test. I wouldn’t even be worried about a 5 week cycle. Just get some liver support to take while on cycle and that’s that. Enjoy the gains!
Planning to run maybe around 30mg of Dbol a day for around 7 weeks, and for my suppression I'd run Nolvadex 20mg for 30 days AFTER my 7 week Dbol, what do you think doc?

Oh I've already completed the cycle and ran Dbol at 30mg for 2 weeks then I ran it for 6 weeks at 40mg for a Total of 8 weeks, I'm feeling better than ever and I'm at 6ft 200lbs haha

@@zmgk6831 Yeah during the Dbol I was lucky and had no major side effects that'd why I dosed it up to 40mg and ran it for longer, I only experience some body bloat for 1 week and terrible headaches also for one week while my hormones were adjusting and my blood pressure increase due to water gain and stress on the heart but they all lasted for 1 week and a half into the cycle and after that it's smooth sailing, my heart rate is normal when doing nothing and only gos higher then usual when I'm working out, I did start to lose my appetite during the 7th week and I felt funny in my liver a little, so I knew it was time to end the cycle, As for PCT it kicked in really quick, I didn't feel much change besides at first a little headache again for about a day and after that all was good, I also didn't experience any low Test Symptoms and my days felt as usual as when I was on Dbol which was a surprise, as for what I kept at my peak Dbol weight I was 220lbs at 6ft so pretty heavy and definitely full with some water, after PCT I went to 210, and kept dropping to 200 after months, and that's where I stay currently so I'd say I retain a decent amount of.gains and was definitely worth it
@@zmgk6831 as for blood work they came back as expected, my liver was hit pretty hard but was alright and will fully recover, my test levels were higher on all test, before, after and during, it was higher than baseline and is still holding up after my PCT stopped, still doing regular blood tests, other bio markers are all fine and all within expectations, I'd overall say 10/10 result and definitely went smoothly
I've done Clomid + MK677 after a RAD140 cycle. Started Clomid at 50mg/day for the 1st week, then 25mg/day for 3 more weeks.
I was already starting to feel minor test supression and aching joints from low estrogen after 8 weeks on RAD140. The Clomid treatment has alleviated both and I can definitely feel as my test and libido start rising and my joints don't hurt anymore.
50 mg/day of Clomid i can definitely feel it in how I feel. It's sort of the opposite feeling of RAD140... at 25 mg/day i feel 100% normal but with improved libido and general well-being.
Going to run a 6week Anavar + Clomid cycle (30mg/day Anavar and 25 mg/day Clomid, but keeping the Clomid for 2+ weeks arter stopping the Anavar).
Careful using rad 140 after an oral cycle. Both are stupidly hard on liver. End up in the hospital in gut wrenching pain.

Brilliant actual information ‘us people’ want & need. Liquid Enclomiphene has previously been my go to, in part due to availability, in part because there’s actual info/literature on it as it was almost FDA approved I think then dropped last minute as clomiphene already exists as was deemed to do the same thing (despite negative symptoms of zuclomiphene in men)
Even clomid is used off label to treat hypogonadism despite the overwhelmingly positive literature on it. When it comes to hormones, the FDA takes their time and requires books of research on it haha.

You remind me a Dr. Tim Noakes, a notable sports physician-scientist interested in Sports Medicine from Soth Africa who was scorned by many of his peers in his country and overseas, he was ridicule at scientific meetings by some (including some of my colleagues). I met the man a couple of times at ACSM (between 96-99) and knew he was unfairly targeted for questioning the status quo. He is now retired and maybe somewhat more mellow, but I look up to his courage as inspirational.
It’s tough dealing with criticism from colleagues but that’s what happens when you start question the status quo, as you put it. I just think this whole gate keeping of medicine and research by us doctors is ridiculous

well if anyone sees my comment after that time period and is still interested I will report back. my baseline test levels are usually between 700-1000ng/dl

I heard say where these can sometimes be irreversible?
It is scary, as soon as blurry vision is noted, stopping the clomid is best course of action since it might be reversible but can take years. If you continue it despite visual changes it might be irreversible

Would Nolva need to be ran every day with the oral? Could the nolva be spread out? You usually hear about people running those at the end as they come off? Can this application be applied or is the only viable option to run both everyday from day 1?
Why you taking nolva ffs? If you felling strange things on ur tits take nolva if not use after cycle, tribulus, and others testi boosters.

Hi, so in terms of healing, it’s speculated to heal injuries due to the numerous research on wound healing in burns patients and bed sores.
The doses used in the study were 20mg daily, but this might be too high for a female wanting to remain side effect free.
5mg daily has been noted to be efficacious in healing for both genders

Honestly if ur running oral is shouldn’t be longer than 8 weeks and you shouldn’t be fully suppressed depending on dose. Serms reduce IGF and will reduce gains. So ur body off running a 6 week cycle and pct after

My cardiovascular health and respiratory and insulin levels are good, i've taken dbol for atleats a week or so, with a surplus diet and gained 1kg of muscle or so, my bodyfat hasn't increased or so.
My blood pressure is fine and my health is good, but my sperm count has decreased. Is it okay I take winstrol a month later, 30 days later and then run a winstrol only cycle.

Hi, increase the Enclomiphene to 12.5mg daily. It’s the studies dose. Should help a lot with suppression. Also let me know if you experience side effects ya from Enclomiphene, I’m creating a data base
I’d continue the Enclomiphene for 2 to 4 weeks after the cycle. It should just boost levels

Hi Konrad, I will be doing a 12 week cycle of Ibutamoren now. At week 6 I will incorporate Anavar and continue for the duration of the cycle. Whilst using 12.5mg enclomephine. Will let you know how it goes, still waiting.

No, the enclomiphene will ease the suppression of testosterone coming from the anavar, the ratio at which testosterone will convert to estrogen will be the same, so as long as your testosterone doesn't completely tank, u'll be fine. That's the reason why it's not suggested to run orals for more than 6-8 weeks, you want to keep the suppression as minimal as possible.

Are there instances of enclomifene causing vision side effects or is that only seen in clomid
In papers I have come across, whilst sample sizes are still small. Reports of visual disturbances are either minimal or not existent at this point in time.

@@Retrobuddy2 Nolvadex would be a better option for gyno prevention but theoretically if enclomiphene keeps your Test/E2 in balance gyno should not be an issue
