Administration (Men):
Drostanolone propionate was not FDA approved for use in men. Prescribing guidelines are unavailable. For physique- or performance-enhancing purposes, this drug is usually injected three times per week. The total weekly dosage is typically 200-400 mg, which is taken for 6-12 weeks. This level of use is sufficient to provide measurable gains in lean muscle mass and strength. Drostanolone propionate is often combined with other
steroids for an enhanced effect. Common stacks include an injectable anabolic such as Deca-Durabolin (nandrolone decanoate) or Equipoise (boldenone undecylenate), which can provide notably enhanced muscle gains without excessive water retention. For mass gains, it is often combined with an injectable testosterone. The result here can be solid muscle gain, with a lower level of water retention and other estrogenic side effects than if these steroids were used alone (usually in higher doses). Masteron, however, is most commonly applied during cutting phases of training. Here it is often combined with other non-aromatizable steroids such as Winstrol, Primobolan, Parabolan, or Anavar, which can greatly aid muscle retention and fat loss, during a period which can be very catabolic without steroids.

Trying to find more studies on Primo as it used to be used as HRT back in the day known as Methenolone Oenanthate. Want to find out their justification for it but you know older studies didn't justify their aims.

At first I used to believe it was from lowered estrogen then my numbers came back 51 it normally stays there even on low dose on test... now I am starting to think that there is some Lipolysis or it could be working simular to tren due to it being so androgenic again not so much that it give allot of sides... I honestly feel and sleep better on mast were as Metenolone you can feel lowered e2 why my sleep and mood goes down .. seems e2 plays big role on seratonin and melatonin were as testosterone has same effect on dopamine

It is very odd that Masteron is anecdotally so visually enhancing / "drying" while side effects (tentatively) seem to be related to blood pressure elevation and lipid profile. I think the anti estrogenic story of masteron is because like you say it doesn't convert to E. Anyone taking large doses of testosterone only (by large i mean anything above trt i.e. 300mg+/w) does seem to get a bigger frame due bloat. And testosterone is so cheap it is used as a main tool almost always. Masteron simply seems like it is roughly neutral on E... Tho i think there must be a particular mechanism for the visual enhanced look it gives.

Bro, first off, your channel deserves insane amounts of recognition.
Every time i have an idea for a certain experiment with a certain compound or a wierd cycle you always have info on all these niche topics.
Wondering if you know anything about the oral acetate version of primobolan and if it has any AI effect that the enanthate version supposedly has, im wondering because if oral primo has an AI effect then it could in theory potentially replace an AI for people on TRT and also be adding some slight anabolism without having to inject the enanthate version. Also curious if it has any shbg lowering effect like the enanthate version does, if so then it could potentially replace proviron and an AI.
I know im going to get some flack from people here saying "jUsT iNjEcT eNaNtHatE", but the point is to not have to wait for the enanthate version to kick in and taking weeks or months to get it dialed, and also to not have to inject as much crap into yourself, an acute response is much more preferable and easy to adjust.
Wow those are really kind words. I'll need to do more research into oral primo but from what I understand, proviron and primo are orally available because of C1 methylation and this might make it saturate aromatase or at least bind to aromatase.

@@NicholasDowney i would love to see someone on trt blood work taking enanthate and then acetate for comparison, acetate could be a very underrated trt add on, but i know alot of guys just dismiss it and use enanthate because of the higher bio availability.
It works, I notice it as low as 5mg a day in terms of estrogen side effect management and muscle fullness, sublingual more-so. The problem is that as there's no oil depot, the pharmacokinetics are drastically changed. It seemed to peak within an hour of two taking it and it felt very stimulant-like as it causes a sharp peak in serum levels, I also didn't notice much from it a couple of hours later. I compared the literature on some other oral acetate forms of hormones and the tmax and t1/2 I found there lined up with my anecdotal experiences.
In my opinion if you're after an AI alone, exemestane is your best bet, otherwise look to the enanthate ester of the drug. Sure dosing the acetate form three or so times a day could work but I wouldn't bother. I experimented with it quite a bit last year.

My case here. 7 year in TRT fuck my subq fat and boobs. I tried tren only for some weeks and now i try Mast Only. In just 2 weeks in see my weight decrease 3kg

Yes same idea with Primobolan. Tho at lower doses of test the ratio should be treated carefully. Primo at least seems to crash mood and sometimes E for some if testosterone is not high enough. Masteron seems like you can use it at almost any dose with a TRT dose T.
With either id take the trt level dose T at least twice a week (doesn't matter if cypionate or enantathe those still spike t after 1-2 days).
Personally id not take more than 1:1 ratio t to primo at below 300mg t/w. If that. Masteron i think its perfectly safe to take 3 times more masteron even at 100mg test.

i been taking 300 mg of testosterone weekly for one year now. i dont want to look too manly or beastly. lol. im thinking of doing 150 mg of testosterone and mabye 200 mg of masteron weekly. idk.
Noob here. Been taking mast and test for about 2 weeks. Haven't rlly seen hugee results YET.
I am in no way a noob to weightlifting/heavy lifting and calisthenics. So I believe the gainz that Im getting after a cuff rotator injury are mostly just me lifting. I do have a bit of tren that my buddy wanted me to try altho I'm pretty intimidated by it since I read all kinds of stuff. Anyways will come back to this vid in about 3 weeks or so and relay the process.
The only actual thing I see is mild night sweats, waking up in middle of night outta nowhere. I cannot tell if my gainz are from the mast test.

its not THAT powerful but I consider this a good thing. the Tren will come later but to be honest I dont think Ill buy any more. Call me lazy. But the whole loading the oil lol and then into my cheek. Eh... Dont get me wrong I lift heavy and do lots of calisthenics at 185lbs 5'11 ish. Maybe the tren will make me a lion. we'll see. 130 is a very low amount. 200-600 is pretty typical

I agree, from what I've heard is that its quite a potent Androgen but the issue is that the studies say it isn't so I don't think we're going to get new studies looking in to masteron for Androgen issues. But proviron is used in those contexts. So I support masteron would work well since they're similar
I have a receded hairline and noticed no crazy hairloss running up to 420 mast p a week, nizoral only, no finasteride or RU; I think people who get hair loss from DHTs are more likely getting it from telogen effluvium by crushing their estrogen too low, I've had hairloss in this scenario but it came back
@@gt3shredz510Yes for sure masteron hair loss is mainly from telogen effluvium and because people increase their androgens too much relative to eostrogen putting them in a heavily androgen dominant state, losing the hair protective benefits of eostrogen. If I take masteron in a high eostrogen environment my hair remains soft strong and healthy, in a low eostrogen environment I take masteron my hair becomes very dry and brittle and looks thinner as if the whole hair is dehydrated.
If I take 300 test my nipples flare up. If I take 300 test 300 mast it goes away. And so does my hair. Now I'm trying test and anavar. Keeping test at 200 to prevent flare ups and 25 mgs anavar preworkout. Hopefully my hair stays in my head. If not.... dropping test and going with dianabol and deca for life. Regrow the hairs I lost. Just sucks cause then my trt will be UGL rather than me free test cyp. And yes deca can be used as trt u need estrogen with it. Dbol provides just that little bit. As far as I know it's better as far as sides go concerning aesthetics physique and hair. But longevity not sure? Mentzer was a deca dbol only kinda guy. But died in his 50's. But also loved his amphetimines as do I but I take methylphenidate adhd

It's a shame about mike mentzer but the combo of stimulants with AAS needs constant monitoring of the heart. I'm quite strict with clients using the two together and use echocardiograms every 6 months
I felt like shit on deca and dbol I had 0 drive and felt lethargic everyday I tried dropping dbol and adding mast but crashed my estrogen in a couple days and felt even worse.

The whole thing just disappeared somehow which sux cause I wanted your advice about my heart and if im doing damage and if the meds I'm taking are horrible for a bodybuilding enthusiast. Anyways got my deca, and dbol. Waiting for finasteride to clear system and test cypionate to clear from my system then pinning deca on Monday and 25mg dianabol 2 hours before training. Oral drostanone is supersrol
I've (6'4, 255lbs, ~20%BF) been on 200mg TRT + HCG and my pubertal gyno is all flared up. I've been wanting to take primo or masteron to reduce TRT from aggravating my gyno. I broke up my test into 4 injections (and I've broken up my 1000 units of HCG into 3 doses) in an attempt to mitigate conversation to estrogen but dangit it's still inflamed. I've been prescribed the standard anastrozole but I've been weary about AIs as several docs have spoken out against their use.
What's your recommendation?
I'm still losing fat (maybe 10 pounds fat lost in the last 2 months) so that'll help decrease aromatase but if i could add another AAS that would help.
I've also developed floaters in the past month, don't know if that's related to TRT or to maybe low dose Cialis?

@@NicholasDowney compound selection comes down to function and duration. If I still had over 5% body fat to lose, I'd rather take safer compounds and redial estrogen, but if there's only 6-8 weeks left, its just easier to throw something in that wont mess with estrogen levels
bodybuilding should be about taking as little shit as possible in the end, every compound decision has to have a performance based reason behind it, the mirror is no justification

@@shawnturner7064I cruise on 70tr, 140mast, 140test per week. Keeps me lean and strong with no adverse effects and bloods remain good. I think 70/wk is the ‘safe’ dose of tren and it is pretty selective (anabolic) at that dose; the 500:500 ratio always mentioned is referenced to nandrolone, not testosterone btw. At higher doses it loses selectivity and becomes much more androgenic with all the typical sides.

IME, Masteron is a weak anabolic. I prefer Proviron. Masteron really shines during a cutting phase to show off its cosmetic effects. In the off season it’s useless for me. Masteron is not a SERM like you said, but it’s inherently anti estrogenic. Masteron can antagonize estrogen inherently like DHT and proviron.

Friend gained tons of weight from low trt + 400mg drost enantathe /week. 10+lbs first month. 100mg t cyp. /W. Visually he looked more lean despite weight gain. Intermediate level weight lifter never taken aas before. Visual effects were for whatever reason extreme, he looked so much bigger and leaner. More vascular. This continued for the other few months, weight gain slowed but continued and visual effects continued. The "bigness" and weight gain presumably mostly lean muscle mostly stayed as he come off... vascularity didnt stay very much and vascularity seemed like one of the most immediately obvious effects noticeable within days or a few weeks
It's been recently found that Drostanolone acts more as a SERM, by binding to beta estradiol receptors, thus causing reducing in the mass of breast tissue (Masteron - Mast - Breasts). Which is why this compound had been used to combat breast cancer in women.
For men taking this compound for it's anabolic properties, this SERM effect may act as an anti-gyno agent.

Thanks for sharing this. I couldn't find any data on this regarding the metabolites they speak of. What we do know is, testosterone also works very well at preventing breast cancer growth. But breast cancer isn't all the same which is a problem with the older studies. There's ER/PR pos, Her 2 pos, etc. So I can't really comment until there's more data.
