In today's video, I show you step by step how to quote a home for a liquid chemical termite treatment using the product Taurus SC. The first part of the video, I measure the home using a measuring wheel and noting my measurements on a paper termite inspection report. In the second half of the video, I show you how to quickly measure the linear footage of a home using the Briostack pest control software. For crawlspace homes, I quote the initial treatment at $6.25 per linear foot. For Basement or concrete slab foundations, I quote the initial treatment at $5.25 per linear foot. I use Google Earth for the same reason at 8:40. I’ve used it for years to calculate lawn size for fertilizers and the house just for general knowledge. Easy to see you’re in “the land of the sky”! ❤️💪🏼😎👍🏼❤️

This video is very helpful. Thank you. Would you please advise the reasonable price for a termite tent fumigation treatment? I have a 1604 sq fee home with crawl space in south Florida. I received three quotes for that. $1300 from a local pest control company. $1800 from Orkin and $3300 for Terminix. I feel very confused how to make the decision. I am worried about the lowest price one is not effective and question how the highest price came out. You advise will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
