    Interesting guidance that I never heard before in sales to keep talking during the close of a sale. The guidance aligns with the ABC concept of always be closing but it goes against strategy of listening to the customers needs and objections rather than speaking. It is important for the customer to have full information on the product but you can not address their concerns if you are always speaking. Period of silence with good questions being asks, forces the customer to speak.
