This mod need more minor conflicts that make the empire player more occupied. Like pirate bases raiding your shipping lines, higher unrest in certain planets and minor open rebellions.
What would be cool is as you go further down the tree the more it happens. Like all of a sudden a planet loses half it factories bc you completed a focus and now mandalore is rebelling
@@Connor19527 EXACTLY or the rebels do something on their tree and a officer and all his forces defect from the empire, like in Tie Fighter.
Not to mention Separatist holdouts!
No what it needs is the Endor event with the Empire fragmenting and all the imperial warlords popping up like Warlord Zsinj and his personal Empire , Grand Moff Ardus Kaine and the Pentastar Aligment, High Admiral Treuten Teradoc and the Greater Maldrood, Admiral Blitzer Harssk and Zero Command, Director Ysane Isard and the Imperial Ruling Council, Superior General Sander Delvardus and the Eriadu Authority.

This looks really impressive - and the “building” voice clip is a nice nod to EaW.
I was like "What does the 'Equestria at War' HoI mod" have to do with this-oooh
Funny thing is that all of the Units in this mod have voice lines from EaW as well.

The further down the focus tree you go as the imperials, the more resistance gain there should be. At least until you get to the ends of the focus tree
I would like to see Alex play the Thrawn's Revenge mod of Empire at War, would be fun to see how he handles a Grand Strategy Game built for the star wars universe

i remember that video, that is how discovered his channel aswell! i ended up playing the droid in afganistan later on and recruited about 90% of the population lol

This mod is probably the way I and my father will bond through gaming nowadays, since he enjoys star wars and I am addicted to playing Ze' HOI4

I can't be the only one who wants to see out beloved rambly boy play Old World Blues right? It has a load of content to it, admittedly some older and some newer (which will be brought up to date according to devs), and therefore loads of views in that bad boy!
I played it again a few months ago. Something about it but it lost the charm it once had. Also the performance got worse
I've always wondered if it was possible to do a mod like this with islands for planets. Neat

This looks great, clearly a lot of real love and effort went into this! Just needs some more flavour and depth on different planets, so there's more actually happening to keep the Empire's resources and attention divided.
The fact i can play as Governor Pryce from rebels makes me super happy.
I love the fuck iut of her. She got it dirty in season 4 because inclusion of Thrawn tbh

Hearing the constructing from EaW make me shook. At the time of watching, im currently in a Thrawn's Revenge run as empire.
I'm in the middle of playing a game as the Empire right now and this mod is defenitly on of my favourites
USE NAVAL SUPPORT. Upgrade initiative bonus so you have more initial units in the combat.
Watching Alex get reinforce memed and not know what was going on was great fun for me to watch at 4 am ^^

i'd like to see a really big increase in the effectiveness of naval bombardment in landings to mirror how devastating orbital bombardment from star destroyers is

There should be a dynamic where the Rebels can sabotage the empire with their tree and the empire has to balance their own tree and repairing the damage.

Hey, the demo for another mod “Ashes Of The Empire” came out, set after the battle of Endor.
leaving a comment, cause I really don't know why xD, your voice along with being in control of the senate left no room for discussion.
This mod has so many callbacks to different stuff: my inner nerd is freaking out.
like at the start you was at war with Mimban (From Solo, it would be really funny if you got a chance to kill Han Solo In that war if historical focuses were off) and the Mon calamari (that’s from the Darth Vader comics). I’m surprised you didn’t get a battle of Scarif event that starts the rebellion, or a Destruction of Mandalore event, or even a Lothal event that takes Thrawn out of the game. was you just that good at suppressing the rebels, or is the rebel alliance unfinished?
The Rebel Alliance tree is fully playable, the war just Started before they got to unit the Rebel Cells, and do Rogue One. =)
They even have calls to force unleashed Juno and Kota was leading the outer rim Commonweath.

I noticed this MOD has not just Disney Star Wars Canon stuff but has some Star Wars Expanded Universe/Legends references as well. I would love for them to take the Zan Consortium from Empire at War Expansion and make it into a fully dedicated faction within this MOD and I would love for a Clone Wars era or Knights of the Old Republic era as well for this MOD if possible.

I am Happy 😊 that HOI4 has a Star Wars Mod as a huge fan of Star Wars and Stars Was Expanded Universe which Disney has branded as Legends. I love that they combined the Disney Canon and the EU/Legends Material to create this Mod. Because During Alex’s game play as the Galactic Empire I saw the names of some of the Generals/Admirals they were not all from Disney canon but from EU/Legends like Imperial Admiral Harrsk who in the EU/Legends survives the Battle of Endor at the end of RTOJ, but at a cost of suffering brain damage and disfigured. Harrsk becomes a Post-ROTJ Imperial Warlord and rules over a sector of space within the Galactic core and he fights against other Imperial Warlords and factions. Star Wars EU/Legends Post-ROTJ stuff is far more interesting than what we have gotten from Disney in my opinion and Highly recommend people to buy the EU/Legends Books either as Physical/PDF/Audio form. I hope they add more stuff to this Mod like the Zan Consortium from the Empire at War Expansion and they can add Prince Xizor of the Black Sun Crime Syndicate. I would love to see them add additional eras if possible like Clone Wars era, Knight’s of the Old Republic/Old Republic era, New Republic era (EU/Legends), Legacy era (EU/Legends), Disney Sequels etc.

How do you get your attack and defense so high? I'm so afraid to go above 24 combat width, but I think ever since the meta changed from the days of 20 Combat Width I've been getting my butt kicked.

505k should actually be more like m for millions or b for billions id say far more accurate numbers is billion since they had many stormtroopers but also a lot of clones in the early empires years still in active service and after as trainers
