In this recipe we prepare delicious meat pies that are easy to prepare and only require a few ingredients: water, flour and minced meat. These savory cakes are perfect for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner.
The dough is made from flour and water, which makes it particularly tender and elastic. After a short rest period, it can be easily rolled out and filled.
The filling consists of juicy minced meat seasoned with finely chopped onions and spices. This combination ensures a rich taste and brings joy to every dumpling.
The preparation is simple: the stuffed pies are fried in a frying pan until crispy and golden brown. The result is aromatic, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

300 ml warm water.
35 grams of sugar.
10 grams of yeast.
3 tablespoons flour.
400 grams of minced meat.
Dried basil.
Black pepper.
Salt.
Onion.
60 ml vegetable oil.
Salt.
500-600 grams of flour.
