I love this one and will repurchase, however Simply Poudre is still my favorite between the 2.

I could never get my hands on simply Poudree but have the poudree intense and it's lush! I'm obsessed with the deter baby powder perfume and have the nivea scent too, so I'm not too sore about missing the original Poudree!

Your experience of this is identical to mine. Purchased in the summer didn't like, put it away. Sprayed in November and, WOW! Still a little screech in the beginning, but 2 minutes later-- delicious. I love Jill's Poudree Intense one of my top 5 of all time.
