I had a very similar punishment as a teenager in the late 90's for trespassing and spray painting in an old closed down warehouse. The same community service, except the probation was 2 years rather than 5, and the fine was $2,000 instead of $5,000 (adjusting for inflation that's nearly $4,000 today 😂)

From what I can see or remember, a lot of those cases were brought on behalf of, but not necessarily by Trump and his actual legal team. People acting for him, but not employed by him, or bring cases 'independently' while on the payroll.
I gave up trying to keep track when there was 61 cases and they lost 60, the outstanding one was minor.
How many of the cases stated Trump as a plaintiff is where that actual question and answer is needed

But the truth is him, John Oliver and Stephen Colbert (and their writing teams) share more newsworthy information per minute than any major news network. We may not get the whole of the story, but we get the gist and the information necessary to do further topical research.

It's an interesting point of law, but if there were a protected lawyer/client relationship and the client for whatever reason lied and denied it, I am not at all sure that would void out the protection. I wonder if this particular half of a split hair has ever been adjudicated...

Is it liberating for a politician to decide election promises don't matter?” The treasurer complained to the ABC, which upheld the question as being factually correct.
