What everyone is missing is that whilst the game that is being by played the Judge is one in which the Judge's moves are prescribed by AI. Therefore, the defense lawyers are really anticipating responding to computer moves. Reflect on the progress of the case and you cannot help but detect that the moves are very precise and clinically focused. The real challenge to the judge and the prosecution is that not all of the Jurors have an AI prescribed shopping list which is predictable. From this point of view, the case is heading for a 'hung jury'.
