4:04 to 4:54 is an actual dual appliance response not driver training..you can tell this by the way their weaving in & out of traffic & there are fully dressed fire fighters inside both pumps.
6:09 that was also recorded by cobra emergency videos just by different angle

As most have explained..incase you don't know london also shares it's borderline with kent & essex,So if there was a massive major incident those 2 counties would be on stand-by if required to attend
